Bitcoin is tied to the future of crypto market. If it pumps, money in BTC. If it dumps, all the alts dump 3x more. Again to buy cheap BTC. At present it has no alternative.

It sound funny to me because btc have no demand in market but altcoins have demand based on this we should know that every coins depend on btc price if this coin increase the price of altcoins also increase so every coins have their own purpose and price identity.

The demand of bitcoin is dependent on the people. Since the market is in a dip, there are a lot of people who are letting go of their coins because they feel that this would be the wiser thing to do. This may have caused to fall in the demand.

I think the demand of bitcoin is there, because if Bitcoin has no demand, it will not maintain its price against the US$ as of today @ $6500+ but the reality the demand was decline due to "Fear Uncertainty and Doubt or "FUD" that happening in the Crypto-Community today, like the regulation issues, crackdown,legality, etc. i think it was happen for a reason in the other hand Altcoins will continue its trend due to its large Pie or shares in the Market. just remember the Coin or Token other than Bitcoin is Called "ALTCOINS" in that case "ALTCOINS" has a larger shares in the Market and plenty of Coins/Token to choose from.

For short term goal this could be true that bitcoin has fewer demand than alts and the reason why there is an influx demand of alts is just because of pump and dump particular on newly listed on exchanges they can have a gain as high as 1000% but only for a short period of time unlike bitcoin the demand for today is less but for sustainability bitcoin is still the king.

Why? I think that Bitcoin is now in a period of accumulation, "big money" wants to buy at a cheap price, it takes time. And the altcoins will always be in demand, as long as there is such a huge volatility. Be careful!

that is true, bitcoin is never pumped. the pump and dumps are only for altcoins because they are useless shit and the only usage that you can get out of shit is to pump and dump it.
and there is a lot of profit in it too, a profit that bitcoin can not satisfy in short term. altcoins go up 10000% in a day and then drop that much in the next so you can make 10000% profit in a day but if you are not careful they take a dump on your head and you lose that much instead because you got caught up in the dump instead of only staying for the pump

There are more altcoins in the market so it is only normal that there is more demand for altcoins if you put the entire number of people investing in all of the thousands of altcoins in the market against bitcoin, but individually there is no altcoin that has more demand than bitcoin, if you look at the charts bitcoin is doing better today.

It's not true, there are many investors slightly starting to inject money to buy Bitcoin. There is more cash spend to buy Bitcoin and it's to then buy an altcoin, I mean the funds stay in bitcoin unit
