Let the man do what he wants, there were threads like this when bitcoin was 2$ but there were also threads like this when bitcoin was 800$. Who will have made the right decision in the long run, nobody knows. I personally am buying up until the halving and then might take it easy. However I think looking at the price in the last year is a bad indicator because overall commodities did badly, which many who are invested in bitcoin see it as. The majority of investments last year were thrown into the stock market because of its bullish performance. When the market corrects itself bit time, well start to see a change, just my opinion.

I am thankful I discovered Bitcoin in mid-2014 rather than early 2014.
I am also hanging to my bitcoins until the next halving.
I`ve discoered it in 2013 but i was skeptical and lost a 1 in a lifetime opportunity to get rich quick.

I wont make that mistake again Smiley

If you leave now you'll lose anyways. Patience will pay off

This is a great point...you can't win what you don't wager. And if you've lost relative purchasing power then every new BTC you buy today will help you earn back that purchasing power, dollar cost averaging CAN be your friend.

How dare this revolution be sold so expensive  Sad

I tried selling bitcoins back when they were $355 but the fuckers at coinbase wouldnt let me.
I deposited my 1.5 bitcoins in cryptsy instead, but my account hadnt been verified so i couldnt sell.
Like an idiot i bought ripple at its height and lost .3 btc.
Now bitcoins are worth $315.
Bitcoin has been really dissapointing.
It was suppised to be decentralized and deflationary.
Now its pretty much centralized with rampant inflation.
After i sell my bitcoin (at a loss) i will try forex or penny stocks instead if i feel like speculating.
Its been a nice ride but im afraid the good old days of hold and sell are over.

There will only be 21 million Bitcoin citadels, and you'll only need 1 Bitcoin unless you're power hungry

Bitcoin is like Islam, not even when price drops people stop mining.. lol the force and the faith are strong when it relates with bitcoin.

anyway, you should just buy an amount that you wont afford to loose and hold it, or do some arbitrage..

Come on...all you need is faith. I always told myself, what is there to lose if I just hang on there much longer. I bought btc at higher price and with it's decline it's time to get more. I don't put all my money in bitcoin. Just a meager portion. But if you consider the meager portion to be worth 10 to 20 times its current price in the future, that is the best return of investment ever.

I think in 2015 the bitcoin will go to the moon.

Hint: Look at Japan's inflation and the US "Recovery" creating massive job losses, and the economy can only survive on cheap inflated money
