Maybe you buy bitcoin not in right time. Bitcoin is not only currency, but also an investment tool. If you're illiterate to deal with investment instruments, you can lose your money.

I'm writing this post to tell myself not to buy any more BTC. It is a great technology, superior to fiat in all ways. I totally love it, but I can no longer afford to lose purchasing power on it.
How dare this revolution be sold so expensive  Sad

Good luck mate but I really don't think that giving up is the good thing to do , now it's the good time to buy then just hold and don't spend them I'am pretty sure you know that BTC is a long term investement since you are Sr.member and here before me . from what I read the price should rise like 1000$ for each BTC . on the next block halving which will be on 2016 July .

You don't have to continue buying $1500 worth of BTC a month if it doesn't make you sleep at night.

Be content with the stash you have, sit on it for awhile, and if you still feel like adding to your hoard, just get a couple hundred here and there only.

Put your time and energy elsewhere.  Go read Andreas Antonopolous book, go to a Bitcoin meet-up, start a physical Bitcoin collection, knit some Bitcoin themed sweaters for your loved ones.

It's obvious buying BTC over and over and worrying about it's price is stressing you out, take a much needed break from it.

In my opinion, when price is very low, this is the best time not to sell but to buy.
If you really want to make profit, buy when bitcoin is cheap (like now) and sell when bitcoin is expensive.
So, I will try now to buy as much BTC as I can Smiley

This is the way to do it. It's going to be a very long time before bitcoin becomes worthless or worth very little (hopefully not ever), but in the meantime there is massive opportunity for profit in the future so buy now.

I felt like I was late to the table when I bought a bunch for 40, then 80, then it was too risky at 100, I stopped. But every now and then I think the price point is ok... If btc survives. Could be it will be replaced by a better coin yet to arrive, so I have more or less stopped active speculation and opted to be content with my little stash and wait and see what happens. If everything goes south I'll still sleep at night. I'm not into the "coulda shoulda woulda" rotune, it's soooo 2014

It's not really that expensive and is the cheapest it's been in a while right now so now is a good time to buy, but only invest what you can afford to lose. Bitcoin is still a good investment despite the current low price.
Unless the OP is going to be spending his bitcoin on something then it is expensive for him, it represents money that he cannot otherwise spend. Although the price of bitcoin will probably go up in the future, this does not mean that the OP has money to spend while waiting for the price to increase

It depends of how much did you lose ? If you think long-term  I suppose we will see 1200 dollars / 1 btc , we have only to wait the next block reward halving. However I suggest you to hold yours btc and don't sell them, bitcoin wil be victorious  Cheesy.

What do you mean "we have only to wait the next block reward halving"Huh?
Im curious, what is it?

Im newbie by the way.

Thanks advance
and
God Bless!!!!!

The amount of coins that get made as a reward for the miners will half, so hoepfully it should push the price up due to supply and demmand, though it's not certain.

Yes , every 210'000 blocks (~about 4 years )  the  block reward  be halved , and the next  halving is  ~ july of 2016. So I hope to see the price a little high than now.

Stop calling Bitcoin a revolution you sicktards. Revolutions bring genocide and tyranny. Bitcoin brings freedom.

Revolutions bring power to a minority against the majority. Bitcoin gives power to the INDIVIDUAL.

Bitcoin is the opposite of a revolution.

The individual once was a minority, not anymore I hope.

Bitcoin is an evolution in terms on money.

We will see a lot of this when people start dumping the dollar for bitcoins.

Go with the currency that will hold value over the long term.

Enjoy your dollars, I hope they go to the moon!

dollar to da mooooon!

If you leave now you'll lose anyways. Patience will pay off
or you will loose a lot more instead of a little bit
