Hi guys, Adam from Vault of Satoshi (https://www.vaultofsatoshi.com/) has shown a lot of initial positivity towards NobleCoin both in their thread (linked below) and personally via PM to me, however he does stress they are in early stages of choosing new coins at the moment.

What he and I both ask is that you head on over to their Bitcointalk thread and leave your thoughts on NobleCoin, any personal stories or experiences and why/if you think we deserve to be added to a wider range of exchanges (rather than just posting 'NobleCoin!' Tongue)

Thread: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/vault-of-satoshi-asks-what-coins-do-you-want-to-see-519658

Many thanks to NorrisK & cdg1941 for immediately and without ask stepping forward and helping getting us out there. Smiley

Thanks and regards,
Jason

Done. It's hard to come up with something original, but I tried...

CoinEX announced they were Hacked again and would cover losses as they did the last time they were hacked.

CoinMarket.IO is online saying something similar.

Who needs soap Opera's with this scene! Ulcers for everyone! Tongue  I'm so glad I am paranoid and keep security tight and small amounts on exchanges.

Think I'm going to do some cold storage now.

It seems that Coinex.pw run with people's coins.
When there was similar situation with coinmarket.io dev suggested reimbursing people who lost their coins.
That was great idea. Could we count on something like this now?

Yes. I will stand by it with CoinEx. Not rushing to conclusions yet with CoinEX though as they were on a 'higher level' of trust/development and have gone down for a week before with no scam in the past. We'll check the addresses and use the new ABE explorer (having Crypto West work on it now and accommodating transaction messages). I'll ask for info. if things pan out that way and see how heavy this one hits us. Can't really apply those words selectively and look serious at this point now can I. On the bright side, AGX is US-based, FinCen registered and their personal details are online if you do even a little checking - might be a promising alternative during these shaky times.

On that note it looks like most people have sorted out getting their NOBL from coinmarket.io? I've had messages of 3-5million+ accounts being able to withdraw now and it looks all good when I use the OG explorer. Please let me know.

I am checking coinex daily, I pulled 150k from.coinmarket right before the freeze.

Coinex is sitting on about 750k worth of noble I bought at 40-45 satoshi.

CharityMiningPools - Donate to Charity while you Mine!

nobl.charityminingpools.com

Be a pioneer and help us get started, come mine while making a difference.

Mandatory 0.5% donation fee goes to The Water Project this month.  We welcome and encourage you to donate more to a good cause.

SSL, STRATUM, VARDIFF, Datacenter Redundant Server Farm, Load Balanced Servers, Frequent Backups, DDOS Protection
0.5% Mandatory Donation fee to a Good Cause, 0.5% Pool Fees, 0% AP TX Fees

Who Are We?
CharityMiningPools was created to allow miners the ability to mine coins while still knowing that their hashing power is going towards something good.  Our goal is to provide a positive and reliable service while delivering a small portion of the proceeds to a deserving recipient.  Plans are in the works to allow individual miners to choose where they would like to donate to based on a pool of available recipients.

How Does This Work?
All coins minded at CharityMiningPools will require a mandatory 0.5% Donation fee.  This donation fee will be collected and donated to the designated charitable recipient for that given month.  Though we only require a minimum 0.5% Donation fee, we welcome and encourage our miners to raise the stakes and donate more to a good cause.

Cheers!

Just put down 0.1 BTC buy support on AGX.io, hope you guys follow me Smiley

Also, looks like Noble has highest volume on AGX atm!

depositing btc there as well! great exchange so far!

At first look it feels solid. Fast, responsive lay-out. Just have to get used to buy and sell orders being the other way around Wink

Hi NorrisK

Interesting notion on the Bid/Ask chain positioning. Note that in most professional trading and market platforms it is standard to have the the bid/call chain on the left and the ask/put chain on the right. This makes it much easier to read the information quickly as the lowest prices is in your bottom left and as you move up the bid chain and clockwise over to the ask chain the prices continues to rise.

It almost appears as though one exchange put it up the other way and everyone else started copying them.

Thanks,
Austin Global Team

Why is the Market Activity on a different tab? It should be right below the Bid/Ask.

This.

This is an excellent question. In some of the initial testing we did we received feedback that many users do not like having to scroll down the screen in order to view all of the trade data. We decided to experiment around this by putting in tabs. We are currently looking at new ways to intuitively display the data in a manner that is easy to consume by the trader. We will be making incremental changes to the basic trade page which starting this week. This is excellent feedback and it has certainly been noted by our team. As we start to make enhancements to the trading page will be continue to reach out and monitor feedback from our customers. We encourage everyone who has feedback on the site to submit a support ticket and lets us know. We want to know what you don't like about the site.

Thanks,
Austin Global Team

I personally would like a tool bar similar to a browser tool bar that I can add and remove objects and place and or re-size them to my own preference. If you did this then people would design skins and you would never have to worry about what your site looks like, /just have a drop down menu with a skin selection.

I do commend coinmarket.io for taking the road that they have. Exchange security is not something to be trifled with and truly is very difficult to do well. Additionally, I like how they will make their exchange platform open-source. I actually really liked the lack of latency and order layouts; naturally though, the problem with speed is that inherently it is less safe. I hope some full-time professionals take their platform and finds a way to plug the security issue. If that happens, I think we could see another major competing exchange. I really think we need more sites in this new iteration of exchanges post Mt. Gox. Sure we have some, and I really like some of them but they don't have the longevity factor yet (such as agx.io). And then there are those that are blatantly corrupt money sinks (Mintpal).
Am I missing something on Mintpal? Shocked

Not particularly; didn't mean to come off as spreading FUD. There is just some vitriol on how their paid vote system works in favor of those that can contribute significant amounts of BTC. And the sudden change in their voting structure came with some disdain from various communities (the value of paid votes were halved, and free votes were only allowed 5 to an hour on accounts that have made at least one trade).

Don't get me wrong, I think Mintpal is pretty solid, but it's also been home to some very disreputable pump and dumps (AUR, MZC, PND/PANDA, etc.). Then again, it's not as bad as Cryptsy's past, but it can get there. And at least Mintpal is not as money-grabbing as Cryptsy's new voting structure is. On the other hand, they're at least fairly secure. It's just a very difficult toss up between the two...

Yes markets still locked though.  Unsure if they will return fully?

CoinMarket.io status update:

We are still working on fixing some wallets before the automatic withdraw-processing script can finish without aborting due to coindaemon errors.
We are deeply sorry that this has taken a very long time - this has not been easy on us.

We have not scammed anyone - coinmarket.io is not a scam, period.
We got hacked, but we are doing everything we can to process withdrawals.
Many other exchange operators would declare total loss of coins at this point and buy themselves that island... we dont.

Here is a list of 2500 bitcoin withdrawals that went trough after the problems started and trading was halted:
https://coinmarket.io/BTC_withdrawals.txt

This list should send you a solid signal that we are not here to scam anyone.
We are still in posession of a large amount of altcoins that didnt get withdrewn due to coindaemon/software problems.
These coins will be automatically distributed to their owners.

Withdrawals dont require email confirmation anymore, the confirmation URL is displayed on the wallet page instead.
We may re-credit some accounts instead, so users can retry the withdrawals themselves - if we find that its a faster solution to your problems.

Please be assured that we are working on solving the situation. There will be more communication and transparancy reports from now on.

We will keep you posted on the progress, with lists of new processed withdrawals. Hopefully a very large list of automatically processed ones.
Coinmarket.io will be discontinued after everything is settled and the code will be made open-source so others can learn from it.[/size]

It is good that they are working to solve fix everything, sad that it will be shut down after
