I assume, that the first wallet on the webpage is Cryptopia, because all the coins were transfered to this address back in April 2019. Around this time another coin I am aware of also got transfered by Cryptopia onto an new address, so this looks pretty much like it is Cryptopia.
The second address is also nearly as old as the first one. Maybe Cryptopia owned this second addresses, too?
The third is Poloniex (thanks to the website we know), which did remove NOBL back on 17th of May 2017. Good question why there are so many coins left on the address.... But I think it was regarding the change to PoS back at this time.
Forth address looks like a hodler, but inactive since over 4 years.

Also check the other addresses and how old the addresses (inactivity) are. I assume 2/3 of all NOBL are stuck in old exchange addresses or are lost/unused.
Maybe this will change, when NOBL will get active again. But still, half of all the coins are gone for sure.

- algo: we use PoS II from Magi Coin with little bit of tweaking
- 8% interest rate
- average maximum number of coins generated by PoS per day: around 446 000, which is 6,1% of current supply rate
- min coin age: 2 hours
- how to stake: just keep your wallet online. the longer it is online the more secure is whole network. if you cannot keep your wallet online 24/7
this is still fine but you will earn bit more interests if it is online all the time
- recommended size of transactions in a wallet: if your wallet is big (e.g. bigger than 5-10 mil) it makes sense to split it into smaller pieces.
in theory the best transaction size is 2 mil.

I wonder how many NOBL are still out there, as a big amount of NOBL got stuck with Cryptopia exchange shutdown last year.

I would be happy to help since I'm active on the forum.

I have about 30 credits in programming classes and extensive experience in Borland C++ but I was never the core programmers for my code and mostly did researching libraries, managing programmers, final compilations for market, and similar tasks.   I would be willing to get up to
speed on github and whatever the compile environment is, hoping not Linux as I don't have much experience in that.

Basicly we need more people involved in maintaining this coin. This is a community take-over after all.

We need someone here who is active on the forum. Don't think too much of this, you can always edit the first post. It will be the community who will suggest changes to this post. You don't need to be a copyrighter.   . But not like now that the first post is inacceseble because of inactivity.

Main focus was ensuring the chain keeps running. This was done with the change to hybrid.
Currently we are working on adding LevelDB database, further decrease the start-up time, make client compilable in boost1.66, bug fixing... etc
This is currently in test phase. As said before this will require a rebuild of the local databases , but the client will be fully compatible with current version v2.1.0.0.

This is my current focus. Modifications that are currenly made stay withing the current coin parameters, also making sure we don't accidently fork.

In long run, knowing this is a very old programmming base, it will be more efficient to rebase the program (take new proram from other coin and change to NOBL parameters). This will be better than tracking 8 years of fixes and additions over different githubs.

In general we need to get a group of coders involved in this coin. My C programming skills are very limited. We need more people on github, making pull request and discussing the code if necessary. Like said before, this does not have to stay under my github account. (team account maybe?)

- Consider a serious code revision, either to include masternodes or to move to leveldb
- Start a campaign to let the community know about the resurgence of this project
- As soon as we have some daily trading movement, get this coin back on CoinMarketCap
