Well, one thing that will be clear now ..is this. The Satoshi wannebe will not be able to pay the $100 million dollars that the court ordered him to pay. This is something that the real Satoshi would laugh at with the 1 000 000+ bitcoins he supposedly owns.... so come on Mr Craig Wright, show us the money! (Jerry Maguire voice)

The Australian tax office won't let go they'll be after him. You're familiar with the back story you've posted things people didn't know. Craig's bankrupt he's used sham companies he's avoided paying tax he's fooled investors so any person reading his story knows he isn't Satoshi but he's got backers. They won't stop they've got bigger plans. His entourage's getting bigger.

2003 he resigned from a company and signed a no-contact/non compete exit agreement, where he was not allowed to contact his ex employers clients to steal business.. within months he broke that.
they sued him. he lost, but went on a 10 year appeals(delay tactic) process, leading up to him being virtually declared bankrupt due to legal costs in 2013.
in 2013 he started a company (hotwire) and scammed australian tax office out of millions of $aus.
saying he was doing R&D in bitcoin mining.
(no hint of him yet pretending to be the inventor. just a new miner, learning the ropes in 2013)
he used tax rebate money that to pay off his legal costs of the 2003-13 cases and fines and compensation and other debts(first ponzi (rob tax to pay exemployer))

the australian tax office audited him in 2013-4 and realised he didnt have the supposed "super computers" to mine bitcoin and so started a process on him to get back what he owes.
hotwire closed down declaring bankruptsy, while australian tax office still chased him for compensation.

he then started the W&K to try to show notorised proof of collateral(public keys). this delayed the tax office just long enough for him to then up and leave australia to start his next scam in the uk(claiming he was bitcoins inventor). that didnt work with the australian tax office either

so then doxxed himself at his old address and then started telling media he was bitcoins inventor hoping publicity of media could be his proof to delay the australian tax office further.

he then found other investors to buy into him by faking he had 1mill coins collateral(the W&K tulip saga v2). some were fooled. some jumped in deep and he set up more sham companies.

each layer of new investor trying to pay off the previous investor. each time promising more and more.

these days he is saying even if he cant move the coins (by blaming core devs for not making a trojan to move the coins for him) he still promises these investors if he wins court cases, and makes enough patents and wins public opinion he can make billions on the media/movie market selling his story and doing book tours and convention/conference appearances and they can all make money being his entourage

thats the basic back story

so now the ones that are deep in debt due to craig and highly invested, are stuck. its either walk away with nothing, or hold on and hope for something.. most are holding on, just for a chance to make something.

this is why they hype him up so much. not because they believe him. but if they can coax public opinion to think he is still significant, or coax new investors to buy in so they can sell out. the more they can make

So legally the company says it's received $100M and it's enough? I'm going to look up the names linked with Craig's because of sinister intentions I'm not aware of. It's clear he isn't Satoshi. If he's going to keep claiming it he shouldn't have any friends to count on but he's keeping himself in public view. Why's he doing it?

If money people are supporting him they'll escape one day. If Craig Wright's not signing any of Satoshi's wallets it doesn't make sense for money people to back him or BSV.

1. if you imagine the court case is just a mediation of 2 parties, arguing about whatever they want. where the judge decides the debate winner. it then becomes clear that it doesnt matter if the debate is meaningless, it doesnt matter that the 2 parties are actually friends or on the same side outside the mediation room. all the judges job is, is to decide who wins a debate the two parties are having.

once you understand it in that format. you realise the game being played in public.

its a mediation of business contracts/paperwork. nothing to do with nation laws or criminality
there are literally millions of court cases over many decades that are just contract mediation.
its called civil court, not criminal court

a couple of years ago i remember a few names. but craigs case bored me soo much i let that information leave my brain and be lost to the vapour of nothingness. its noted somewhere in the court documents a few of those names. edit: i dug deep into old greymatter. jimmy nguyen,  Lorien Gamaroff  are other names.

but basically if you google any big names with businesses associated with the BSV crapcoin. they are only highly promoting it because they are highly invested in craig and hoping to someday get returns

What's the point of the judge saying he'll have to pay $100M? Is it only a political stunt or there's more to what's going on? I haven't any clues who's paying his legal fees and court costs can you name his friends? Who'd want to associate their name with Craig's?

the BBC didnt send the data off to a cryptographer for verification. didnt take any documents with them to later release with the article for people to scrutinise. but instead just say they were party to a 'signing event' and that they read other people on other forums where some people were not sure if the proof was proof, essentially.

when the article first published there was instant backlash and all BBC done was change the title from:
"Bitcoin creator reveals his identity"  to "Australian Craig Wright claims to be Bitcoin creator".

the article was also changed to recognise there was still doubt about Craig Wright's claim. but no sign of the BBC themselves doing any professional investigation or double checking with any cryptographer independently

Their title is misleading and it's like a clickbait title on youtube where the reality it's nothing that you've expected. they've been doing this for a long time don't really care if they mislead the people or not. in fact, this is their job they've even gotten so many lines on some songs where they were pinpointed as giving wrong information. right now, they put Craig Wright on the headline because of his claim as the founder of Bitcoin without any solid proof they just don't care at all.

I wonder why the media can make news headlines that are clearly hoaxes. What journalists care about are ratings and money.

This misinformation will always continue to spread, the reason is clear, simply because exciting news gets more people's attention and that's exactly what the press wants, they want to attract more readers to their newspapers and news and make a lot of noise, so they choose exciting misleading headlines with care, The American newspapers  is particularly good at this.
In fact, they don't care if the CW is lying or true, they just want the news to spread among the largest number of people to get fame and more advertising revenue.

though [real satoshi] made bitcoin and envisioned its future. i beleive in some of the early updates he didnt really care much for backing up private keys and could have lost them in some bug or forgetful incident. so dont expect to see any movements of them. back then bitcoin had no $ value so saving them was not that important. especially in a deflationary system where having less coins in circulation helps the value of the other coins that do circulate. so keeping them had no advantage if you never intend to spend them.

as for craig(faker). all he has ever had was a lying mindset and a publicly available list of public addresses which anyone can have(meaningless. no value ever) in 2011-2013 when craig first came across bitcoin. and alot of butt-kissing investors handing him money hoping to get rich off him.

But will these news matter when the people themselves are all aware how Craig Wright is nothing but a delusional clown? I don't think a lot of people will be convinced that Craig Wright is the real Satoshi, not when he cannot even prove the ownership of the addresses he claimed he owns. Have we forgotten that even those addresses he claimed he owns have even called him a fraud by way of a signed message?

And how about his BSV? It's already going down the drain. That's the real Bitcoin as he claims. The fate of BSV reflects the level of trust people and institutions have in CSW.

Yeah. This clowns are arguing about the Bitcoin mined by Satoshi while Craig Wright can't even prove that he is really holding the private key to the Bitcoin wallet of Satoshi. They are fighting over an imaginary money just to make some noise again in crypto. A typical move from Bitcoin SV founder claiming its the real Bitcoin.

Satoshi made a master piece by creating Bitcoin and leave his identity anonymous for a long time. Why the hell he will appear again out of no where just to introduce himself and create a mess on his life. He can simply mix the Bitcoin he is holding and cashout hassle free.

craig didnt even pay any court costs. he had butt-kissing 'investor' friends front him by paying the court costs under a promise that if he wins he can then do book deals and movie rights deals for documentaries about his life/story and stuff and they will get paid back their "investment" via those profits.

its also about him valuing his patents at upto trillions of dollars in value pretending his patents are ownership of bitcoin which his "investors" will get a cut of.

heck. to true craig style. i can even see him using this court order along with the W&K letter head suggesting payment received undisputed. as future "proof" of W&K holdings of $100m in fiat(on paper). without revealing any bank account balance sheet as real proof, to the try to scam some investor into buying W&K under his usual false pretenses.

little do they realise he has no real value/collateral to make good on his promises..
and thats what the community is laughing at. valueless scammy craig being unable to make good on promises and lying so much that sooner or later, his scammery will come to a short sharp end.

He's getting humiliated because he won't be able to pay the $100M in cash or bitcoin. Why's he put himself in public shame? He didn't profit in anything by getting to court against Kleiman's estate.

craig the human has to pay$100m into a company W&K owned by... craig.
so its just a paper statement saying he paid himself. essentially just a W&K letter head saying to the judge that W&K accepted payment of $100m and is final and settled and wont be disputed (letter wrote by craig)

what i can see actually happening is..
craig the human.. will play that he as a human is now bankrupt. and so file bankruptcy to dissolve all his debts he has personally accumulated and make his creditors at a loss. and then pretend (on paper) that W&K is now valued at +$100m to pretend W&K has collateral

I knew it was a misleading information when I saw the flash news on my news feeder. I thought all these was since all over 2years ago. The media has a way of twisting information and misinforming the public.

Why's he desperate to prove himself as Satoshi? Craig Wright hasn't signed any wallets used by Satoshi so there isn't any proof. There's a list of wallets Craig Wright claimed are owned by him and they're being claimed by Dave Kleiman's estate but some are signed with messages saying Craig Wright is a fraud.

How's he still spreading lies about him being Satoshi? Who'd believe his claims when he's not signed any wallets Satoshi used?

This man never stops and it's not the first time for this big lier, he is trying so hard to claim he is the satoshi and creator on the bitcoin project while he got nothing and no shreds of evidence, I saw many news about him and many articles where they wrote Craig won and he could prove that he is the real satoshi, while all these are pointing the wrong direction and we saw the market didn't really show any reaction to this news and this shows people already know him and know he is lying like before and that's nothing new about this crazy lier who suffers from some mental illness.
