Have you run the numbers?, If you let it mine there for one year you make a nice profit AND you can sell the GH/s as extra on the end.
So even if one GH/s price drops do near 0. you still make profit

Well - we all have our own opinions - but if you just buy the Ghs and hold on to them then you will loose just like any mining atm. If you buy low and sell high/or same price then you win.
