If you want to quit the game then you can use your 0.01BTC to gamble. Although this is not worth the money, if you are lucky enough, maybe you can change 0.01 BTC to 0.1 or even 1 BTC. Assuming you succeed, then congratulations, you can now choose to sell your BTC to recover your losses, or you can continue to join crypto and plan your wealth and investment strategies.
Buying some of the latest coins or buying yourself a beer is a good choice, because 0.01BTC is not a lot of money, and investing in others may not get a lot of profit.
crypto currency platforms can be invested in a lot of areas with 0.01 bitcoin. a potentially high ico can be join or a short term subcoins investment can be made. This depends on the strategy of the investors.
Basically after some glorious trading, and mistakenly getting into pump with all of my BTC, this is what I got now.

With 0.01BTC, this is not much for investment. You can use this to trade to get more money. You can join bounty program to earn more money. And, you can do your investment.
Everyone must have made a mistake including me. My suggestion is to forget the mistake, move on, start all over again and face it at will. All that will make you stronger. Do what you have to do on your coin. I'm sure you will not fall in the same hole. Try not to make the same mistake.
I have exactly the same amount, I advise you to forget about him for 10 years and then remember and get rich. 
Keep your 0.01 btc and go out there to look and engage in a job. Earn as much money as you have capacity to earn and cone back to buy more bitcoin. In the future, you will be rich in bitcoin and not be at the bottom!

if I have 0.01 BTC, I will develop the BTC to be a lot, like buying and selling for example.
I would also continue to develop it. It's better than just spending your investment and then looking for new sources of investment.
consider this amount of money as a good fund to start in the crypto world at least a small promising step you have a lot of options you may trade with it or participate in icos with it
The ideal amount for investment in the exchange of 0.01 bitcoin crypto currencies. it is a successful ico with a fraction of the money. I invest in subcoins with the other part.
IF you don't need it just forget somewhere in a wallet and hold.. maybe in next years you will buy something useful with it.
What you have is very small but you can still make something out of it. How about you investing in good ICO! I will suggest you invest in ICO that has something to do with cryptocurrency not the type of ico that want to start electric vechile on the blockchain!
If i had 0.01btc i would invest it in high-perfomanced ICO and hold it for a year or more. May be it will make 10x and i have a great profit with this sum.
too much time, for such a small asset to wait for years. I think it's a less effective decision. so I would rather recommend to buy another altcoin at a cheaper price, so it will benefit

Alternatively find a value creating altcoin that is actually pecked to the profits of whatever platform or company it belongs to.

I think after failure in trading, you should to think what you want now before thinking about spent 0.01BTC? If you still want to make money in trading field, you should to study more about trading, accumulating experience, skill... to become a professinal trader. And you can use 0.01BTC which you have doing trade and increase your capital to 1,2 or more BTC. At that you can think about donating to charity, buy some beer for you and your friends. 0.01BTC is not much, but you can start from it and you can do more with it. Good luck to you.
That not much money so for the better use it for trading again and to multiple the profit, and when you get huge profit you can donate it to the charity about 5% of your total profit. You will be become expert trader if you continue learn about trading strategy while trading and when you can make consistent profit in afew years so you will become rich and have financial freedom.
maybe you just could use that for gas fee, turn them into etherium and making for gas free. 
I recommend investing in Unify, there is no high supply. The team works and they constantly advertise. I think at the end of 2018, Unify price will go up to 1 dollar. It's just a guess!
