Good time for who? I'm not sure many people would agree with you.
I am not recommendation right now is good time for investing and buy bitcoin or altcoin, but when covid 19 could not stop bitcoin and altcoin is not good moment to buy and invest, every time seeing bitcoin have lower price and look not potential to be higher price because world faced big risk and have many problem.
Trust me nobody is online waiting for bitcoin because of corona. Its been a massive hoax and most people will be sickened by things like bitcoin and KYC and digital Id crap and more government control.
It is true that now is a good time to promote bitcoin to be known to many people, because most people will be online in such situations.
Like now in corona virus crisis. But it is not easy to reach people to want to invest in bitcoin, because most people will find safe by
choosing investments in gold rather than investments in bitcoin whose risk is very high. This is our challenge to promote and convince

I’d say that network providers should do their part at this time by offering free services or at least reducing the rate for most of their services. We are all in this together, so they should try to support the people and not make things more difficult.
There isn’t really anything that one can do at this time to have fun if not social media, so they should try to consider. Network providers where I live has not been doing much, all they did was just a very little decrease to what we pay for data, and to me the cut off they did is completely useless, they are better off leaving it the way it was. That’s what happens when you’re living in countries where nobody cares.

I am not sure about Bitcoin promotion right now, to be honest, because you're kind of bound to say at some point "Bitcoin is worth $6200 now but it was worth $6600 yesterday, and 3 weeks ago the price was $9k". Some might see a trading opportunity here, but for the majority volatility probably would not be what they want right now. The world is full of instability, so adopting something even more volatile than most things would not sound appealing.
At this moment we are experiencing a pandemic that is why we are under the enhanced community quarantine. Our situation right now is not that easy, there is a crisis in our economy. With this situation the stock market is subsiding, the value of the coins become cheap. So this is the time that we may buy many coins and them wait until such time that thr value becomes higher. From that we can gain so much money and have so much return on investment. We can sell the coins that we buy these days when the value becomes higher.

I have an assessment to you that you don't see the price of bitcoin and most altcoin prices at this time (when the pandemic came) you are right bitcoin price had gone down when the pandemic came but if you really see its price movement you will agree if I say bitcoin price is still in bull market. At that time bitcoin was going up for more then $1000 in 24 hours and now or a few days ago bitcoin had tried as well to reach $8000, meaning bitcoin is good asset when this pandemic is still spreading. No, every people in the whole world is in need of money. They might reject this bitcoin promotion since what they prioritize is their need and not to make a profit, especially if they don't know until when they need to wait to have their return of investment. if you see from the many people who are quarantined at home and honestly the same as you might be the most appropriate to introduce more about bitcoin. because it is clear that while at home they will be preoccupied with many who use the internet, but whether at this exact moment they themselves are filled with uncertainty and haunted by fears of infection that continues to grow. certainty. so they may not be able to listen well but instead they want to relax and do not want to mess around with what will be learned again. it all depends back to what is currently being quarantined at home, whether they can calm themselves from fear and so on. Yes,maybe now is the good time to use bitcoin because of covid19 but nowadays has no assurance that it will boast the value of bitcoin because many people at this time is much concern with their daily needs to survive and to fight corona virus. Many people would not think about investment nowadays although it is good to use bitcoin now to send money because many remittance center are closed.

You said that it is a good time to use it but you also said that people are more concerned about the things they needed and also these money remittances being closed so you are also countering what you are saying. For me, not the best time to use it, but as you also said about investment, I think it is the best time to invest because of the incoming halving.
And you are right, a good time to start crypto-investment not only in the anticipating for the upcoming halving but the price is much acceptable and affordable to the people. Yet, halving has come near but we can't expect how it can push the market at high since we are still in low market support.

You actually got some point though and i agree that most people now globally are more focused online which it isnt really bad to spread out bitcoins existence or the entire crypto market I have two questions for you. but the thing here is that we cant be sure if it would gain that much traction yet we know that majority of people now are on panic or even trying hard to seek out for online jobs
to sustain their lives specially now we are on a very difficult situation.So it would be still on 50-50 when it comes to exposure or they would be attracted or just simply still be ignored.

People have a great fear of all kinds of investment. Maybe the best that we can do for those who still new in btc investment is by convince them that this is good time to buy but not a good time to sell, don't expect immediate return and hold btc for longer time.
You better save the talk for yourself man, nothing is much as good as investing with cryptocurrencies now, not even in stocks. Maybe you need to post some of your stuffs in your social media accounts for the people in touched with you must know what you are up to and think that they should do investing too. You don't need to promote bitcoin in times like this, people are needs money right now not profit, but there are people who wants to take advantage of the scene to prepare for a better future and those people are the ones that we wanted to come in here. Don't explain too much of bitcoin, let them be curious about it.

I am sure that they also know about bitcoin but they just disregard it due to their own reason. Even if we promote bitcoin through social media and elsewhere, they will just disregard it because of the covid-19 issue. Every individual is saving their money and storing enough food for their needs, I doubt that they will give their time listening because people needs to do what they need to do right now.

at the price of bitcoin for now is we could say it is the right time to buy because of his dropping price. but not good to introduce to other because some people dont understand what's going on right now in bitcoin. and im sure they see from now is the cheapest price. so before introduced to other teach them first how to invest..
it is dropping now and there are some threads that discussed about the incoming downfall again before the Bull comes.so basically some are planning to sell now as this is considerable as High and buying at low soon and this is something to expect.
but this is just my another assumption so it is your decision to buy but for now?i have enough Holdings so maybe considering to buy is not my first option now.
