for BTG itself I still do not know too detailed, neither does the NEO. but between the two coins, I once bought NEO. and NEO is good enough to hold and run trading. so I decided to choose to buy NEO.

NEO is fallen a bit and probably a good price to buy any altcoins. Because 7k is near a bottom price for btc so once we see the rise in bitcoin always altcoins follows the btc price. So altcoins will rise naturally and you can make a profit from this rise. But if you are a pessimistic that btc will keep falling then nothing can be done.

both coins are in the top ranks. you can buy a second if you have a large enough capital, I personally opt for another altcoin that is more potentially big in growth. such as ethereum and ripples

to be frank currently i prefer to stay away from the altcoin market as much as possible, this can change pretty soon but for now this is the best thing to do in my opinion. and that is because the dumps are still ongoing and there are a lot of investors who have been wrecked in the past few months because of all these dumps who are now looking for a small recovery (aka a dead cat bounce) to start dumping their coins at a smaller loss and that dump can start another crash which i don't want to be buried under.

I will go for NEO because of its origin despite the price. Neo is now being subscribed to by many projects and the price will be growing and has a great potentials in the market.But BTG though is having a lower market price compare to NEO but that have the patronage of NEO.

It is difficult to determine with the market is now downtrend, but we can research based on the track record in each day and month. My advice is BTG the best choice for investment because of this hardfork from Bitcoin, one time Bitcoin goes up BTG. NEO is also good because the community is big like Ethereum. The final choice is yours

I wouldn't touch bitcoin gold. I just don't see any potential in bitcoin fork coins, when they come out it's usually because of the hype surrounding them at the start, and their values slowly go down as people realize they're not even better than other altcoins. I can see BTG's prices going down further in the long term as the interest dies down to new bitcoin forks.

NEO though is a different story.

If you can get NEO for under $50, like right now, do it. That's 60%+ off from the all time high of $160. It's a great project, and there are tokens in the top 10 hosted on this platform, just like ETH. If it can keep its development and marketing up, once the bull market comes there is really no limit to how far it can go upwards.

regarding of the price of this two coins, btg is more cheap than neo’s price, but its not the price that we are aiming to invest in an altcoin, we must consider the ongoing project that makes the coin more capable to increase its price, btg is a fork of bitcoin, i think neo has a good project, and had a great partners that make it more attractive to investors and also had great potential to rise up its price again, you better buy it now.
