Thanks for latest update.
One thing I've noticed is that on both this and 5.0.1, using the auto update resets the donation level to the default '8' rather that what I have set previously.
Can this please be fixed in the next release?

here is the whole file for Phoenix miner (fastest for AMD)

Scrap it... it doesn't get correct username for miningpoolhub, and doesn't try to mine ethash on nicehash

I can confirm that.
Even though I un-remaked ethash in Phoenix and Claymore miner's files, it doesn't look for ethash.
Nicehash pool is selected... no idea what else is needed :/
On Nvidia ethash is just fine

Damn, I found it

, it was simple really
in the file EthashPhoenix.ps1, one has to "enable" ethash algo (remove # sign from line #"ethash")
And then change type of miner from NVIDIA to AMD
