It's hard to follow the announcement page nowadays.  There is so much junk passing through it's easy to miss good projects.

I believe most sellers of shares nrs, have not understood that yet so right and should think about it when they sell their share so cheap.

There are two initial participating groups in Noir Group projects:

1.  General Fund - Now closed

The General Fund consists of participates who initially funded Noir Group and are entitled to participate in all projects untaken.

2.  Owners of NoirShares

NoirShares ("NRS") entitles you to a share of new DAS projects when they are launched.

NRS Owners

NoirShares ("NRS") entitles you to participate in projects when they are launched.  Snapshots will be taken of ownership at announced 'spin off' dates that will separate out projects as they are launched.

For example, if there are 1.6 Million NRS and you own 100,000.  That means you are entitled to 1/16 of the NRS share of any new DAS that are launched while you own the shares.

NRS is a very good coin;

2. NoirShares are now used to participate in individual projects as they are released. There will be funds opening for individual projects as they are finalized.
3. Ownership of NoirShares gives voting rights based on percentage % of ownership into each project.

1. You had to pay in something to get share in the general fund till 12th of april?
2. With Noirshares you can't get share in General Fund anymore but you will be able to pay in a share for future projects?
3. Does the ownership of Noirshares gives you any voting right in future projects?

You should consider this fairly urgent.

Currently, the only way to participate is to buy NoirShares for ownership rights in future DACs.  The General Fund is the only way to have a stake in all future projects, but funding closed on April 12, 2014.  It will be possible to participate in individual projects going forward, but we have to wait until funding opens for those ventures.  Nothing has been announced yet.
