V 2.3 Will include dynamic difficulty adjustments for blocks taking longer than 16 minutes. As well as a lower reward rate for maximum time blocks, encouraging the network to solve blocks before the maximum timer is hit. We have also done a graphic redesign of the U.I. in a user friendly gray scale theme.
