Actually this happened to me when the fork happened. I couldn't update my wallet on time. What I did what deleted everything bu the wallet.dat file and let it think from scratch. Of course with the newest version of the wallet

Maybe you are on a very old version of the wallet or your blockchain copy is corrupt. If you have a new wallet, try syncing from scratch

Jon Zaretsky (@CryptoCoderz) has been removed from the Development Team. No worries, everyone, nothing of value was lost. His work was decent, but he was too slow to be useful in the slightest so he has been removed permanently

I think POS could be nice. But as we have an option for buying MN shares, that's like staking your coins, POS lose some relevance right now..
