The reason for the mistakes and oversight is because they simply rushed the project to beat their Competitor Ten-X.  Funny thing is this project raised 72,000 Eth over 30 days and the Ten-X project raised 100,000 ETh in 2 days in their Pre-Sale alone and the ICO is not until next week.

What it shows is that the Monaco Team has been reckless in handling the investors $25 million and rushed the project for fear of missing out.

I am looking forward to purchasing the card and more cards for my Wife and Family once it is out and we can do that. I wish the Team every success from here on and I have much hope that this project will bring more people into the digital currency space.

The Monaco Team and TokenMarket have crossed the line with adding additional Smart Contracts to the end of the ICO to take in more cash.

The original contract ended at about 17 minutes before the Website Timer.

The Team and Token Market lied to investors and said it was a "Technical Glitch" on the website.

The Monaco Team and Token Market issued another Smart Contract and restarted the ICO to get more investor funds that were trying to make the minimal Eth investment needed to obtain a Black Card

I think the original investors should have the option to have their funds refunded as we were not informed of a second contract in the original contract. I would guess that altering the terms of a contract without notifying investors is illegal in most places.  I know it would be a problem in the US where several members of Token Market reside.

If the Monaco Team is a stand up Team they will see their mistake and try to right it.

I have tried communicating with both TokenMarket and Kris from Monaco but the results were less than satisfying.

First of all, let me take this opportunity to thank you for taking part in the  Monaco Token Sale. It has been a thrilling time for us here at the Monaco HQ to see so much support for the project. The final closing figures show a raise of 71,392 ETH from over 8,500 individual participants, an absolutely amazing result and we’re thankful to each and every one of you.

Exchanges
As you may know, the team here have been working hard to get the MCO token listed on exchanges and we can now reveal the first three to add MCO will be LiveCoin, Liqui.io and YoBit. We are working on growing that number and are in advanced discussions, particularly with exchanges based in China. We will be sure to keep you updated on our progress we’re making over the next few days.

Upgrade
Following guidance from TokenMarket and the exchanges, before the token lists, we need to perform an upgrade that will address an incompatibility issue with certain multi-sig wallets. Whilst this is not a major problem, it does require action to ensure that your experience using MCO is the best it can possibly be. Therefore, we will need to re-issue the MCO token before it becomes transferrable to remove this incompatibility and to ensure that MCO can deliver, for many years to come.

Timeline
Since the MCO token listing has already been prepared by our exchange partners we will need to allow some additional time for them to integrate the fix for the incompatibility. We have allowed a seven day period in which to do this, though it may be completed sooner with our internally set goal being 72 hours.
As you, we’re keen to see MCO trading on multiple exchanges as soon as possible. We will keep you updated with progress as we go and of course we will be available to answer your queries or concerns in the usual channels.

This is good news that MONACO Visa Card is on it's first exchange. I hope it has a very good starting price and people decide to hold steadfast and not sell it for too cheap to the hungry Whales that are waiting for the kill.

Good to see first exchange showing love to this project, Livecoin is a decent exchange with decent trading volume. I hope more exchange list Monaco soon so as to expose it to traders

i think they will distribute it for people who bought mco at ico first, and when the ico investor got their card then we can buy it from them..

Early birds had 150MCO per 1ETH invested. Latest ones were on 120MCO per 1ETH.
with minimal research you can find info that let you make a good estimating average, and from that you have the ICO offer price.

So what is the price of MCO on ICO ? Is it more than 0.001 BTC ?
We must know the initial price when buying in the exchange I've also spent my money on another project.
