Honestly, I'm surprised by this project! I thought it was SCAM, but actually, good thing it is not! When will the ICO go to finish and how many millions of dollars have already been collected? Congratulations! 
I was thinking the same, but I risked to join here because if you read the whitepaper, they are offering a very good project and look at it now:
they have Raised: 52825.26 ETH and counting and there is still 3 days left. This is a huge success, congratulations to the team and to all of the participants here. Job well done.

Yes, make sure you send from the same wallet address for every transaction. I think MONACO Card will revolutionize the Industry and will allow more and more normal people to get involved in Digital currencies. I plan to get cards for all my Family members if everything goes well.
Absolutely right what you said about Monaco payment card designed for cryptocurrencies. They have some features more advanced and user friendly with more flexible way to use their services. You are asking for the price of token card right? If yes i think token card were sold for 100 TKN per ETH (might be wrong)
I dont know how they will do it but Visa network companies does not convert crypto currency directly and most of the transactions are done through registered banks.So I dont get how this visa card will work on any ATMS if there is cryptocoin insideit but may be the card only will hold the International currencies not alternate currencies.
