Monaco have partnered with a lot of third party security service providers. Just go through the white paper.

Although I can't recall anything other than KYC, I'm sure that a lot of it is in progress.

Only problem with this project is that it's way too obvious that the ICO is rushed. I think their initial plan was to start the crowdsale a few months from now.

You need offer something else,i mean you can use it as a payment and debit card.
But you need more additional offer,like an anti fraud sistem or unhackable account

Because a lot of project have a same offer like you.

Great project! From the start, we know this project gonna succeed. With many investors and active community and a very nice concept surely, this will become great in its line of business.

This project does not offer anything interesting and new. You can already get a debit card on www.advcash.com and send money to other users.

I can confirm this. I invested a small amount just for speculative purposes (too bad they only take ETH. I had to sell some bitcoins for ETH. That was a first for me.) I received the MCO almost instantly once the transaction was confirmed. I'm looking at this like a flip of a coin, double or nothing. Don't invest more than you can afford to lose. Just make sure you follow the instructions! I had never used ETH before so it was very confusing for me. I can see my tokens now in the ImToken wallet.

The last time I checked you needed 11ETH to get one of the last black cards. I'm not even remotely close to that and I don't see the value of it so won't be investing anymore. I read the whole whitepaper and I'm glad it's actually one I can understand! There's basically no technical side to it, which seemed a little strange to me for a whitepaper but as a normal person with no coding abilities I appreciated it.

The one thing that confused me was how the tokens were supposed to appreciate to $500MM by 2022 (I believe that's what they said). I don't believe for a second that's going to be the valuation in 5 years, but I'm hoping I'm wrong. It looks like the 1% fee they charge will go back into a 'pot' that will go towards the tokens. I had to read it a few times to understand it fully but it does make sense to me now. Basically you'll be getting a sort of dividend on your investment into their company.

The one thing I don't like about the project is that it's based on ETH tokens. What if ETH fails? I'm not a believer. Not by a long shot. Growing in market cap doesn't mean you have a good coin. having a real use means you have a good coin.

I'm anxiously awaiting the cards and app to come out. I'll be a user for sure, just don't make me buy any ETH ever again. I don't want to touch it.

So the value add for Monaco over other bitcoin debit cards is that you can pay/withdraw money in any currency at the market rate of exchange for both BTC/ETH and local currency exchange rate whilst avoiding the usual 3% currency conversion fee if the currency being used isn't USD/GBP/Euro. So it's a truly global bitcoin spending card then? And your BTC/ETH sell price is the market rate and not a spread determined by Monaco?

Is the utility of the token that the ICO is distributing hen that holders are entitled to profits generated by the Monaco network?  Finally, I'm guessing that once the network is fully functional that I can purchase a card to simply use the network?

They just added the ability to see your tokens, they were already there, you just had to add them manually

This thread is not about Tokencard or comparison with Tokencard and Monaco. It's only about Monaco. If people want to compare debit cards they have to open a thread in Service Discussion Altcoins board.

You should PM bounty manager about that.

I also found this project very useful when I see it on local forum. In the market, there is a blank spot for crypto debit cards. Whoever takes the spot becomes the leader of the sub-sector. They told me Token Cards is another competetive one.
