What is the difference between NXT and ARDR? Is it the same team working on both coins?
When ARDR gets launched what will happen to NXT? Right now i am holding some NXT coins but maybe it is better to buy ARDR instead?

Ardor is NXT 2.0, it solves the problem of scaleablity with prunable child chains.
When Ardor is launched, you will receive coins in the first child chain of Ardor, this child chain is called Ignis. It makes sense today to own both ARDR assets to receive Ardor tokens and NXT coins to receive Ignis.
Developers have promised to provide maintenance support for NXT after Ardor is launched.
1 NXT = 1 NXT + 0.5 IGNIS
Holding 1000 NXT gives you after the IGNIS snapshot (date around mainnet launch of Ardor in Q3 this year):
1000 NXT + 500 IGNIS
