Their site is offline.

Is there any way to see the balance of my NXT account without installing NRS?  I heard nxtreporting.com isn't working.
and you have this https://www.mynxt.info/accounts

Is there any way/utility/webpage to show complete list of NXT accounts, or better sorted by (confirmed/unconfirmed) balance, or at least number/list of accounts with balance>0 ? Or is there some API function for that investigation purpose inside NRS ? Thanks.

Try googling NXT rich list and see what you get. If you are interesred about individual balance, then use NXT reporting: http://nxtreporting.com
After the hardfork, I noticed the static showing up at nxtreporting.com is incorrect, doesn't syn with the network. I am using this www.mynxt.info/accounts

I noticed that with many wallets including the MOFO one, I hope they uppgrade soon.

AFAIK there is no explorer showing a complete list at the moment. (nexern's explorer had that feature, but it now points to nxtportal.org - maybe it would be worth sending a PM to nexern...)

Besides, you can certainly do it using the API, but it would involve some coding: iterate over all the blocks/transactions starting from the genesis block, get accounts involved, and then call "getBalance" for each account.

Allright, I did it (some coding) - so now I have a complete list sorted by balance. Interesting statistics. For example there are 4705 accounts with balance >=1000NXT. Well, it's a big number or small number...? And will this number grow in coming months? Who knows Wink

www.nxtportal.org

Also, you can pick a node from www.peerexplorer.com/nodes with open api and latest version, click on ip address and "Action: Open Wallet GUI" at the bottom. Then enter your account ID in login page and you'll have your online wallet open where you can monitor it. In order to do transaction, you'll need to enter your passphrase, but better to do this in your local node. These public nodes are good for monitoring your or other account.

Try increasing your swap file (virtual memory) allocation.
[...]

Please give us step by step instructions.
Everybody is eager to drink from the fountain of your eternal wisdom.

You mean his ETH kool-aid?

No, no, he only plays the Ethereum card here, because he cannot wrap his head around the many features of NXT.
Ethereum seems even more complex/powerful to him, that's why he mentions it in this thread.
When it comes to shilling he's die-hard into Monero (although doing it a disservice, of course).

NXT is now growing very nicely, thanks to all of our efforts.

I hope Supernet and the webwallets will upgrade fast to the 1.7 version.

Crypto is the separation of Power and State.
Well looks like Java is out of memory, running on a 2gb ram, 32gb storage mini windows pc, looks like I will buy a pi2 and try and use it just for NXT. Any guides to the easiest setup for pi?

LOL Java.  The RAM hog from the 90s, now only used for back-office enterprise middleware stuff.  Might as well use Adobe Flash for your scam-platform.   Cheesy

Try increasing your swap file (virtual memory) allocation.

Or just give up on this hopeless NXT platform and learn to Ethereum, like the rest of the people who don't live in the distant past.

Any idea why my run.bat stopped working? Recently when I run it starts up, starts going through the steps and closes itself. I am running the latest java, this started just a couple days ago, has ran fine before.

Try https://nxtforum.org/nxt-helpdesk/ or http://nxt.org/support/. They'll probably want to see your log-file.
