Choose a strong and long password (over 35 random characters) or use the one generated for you to create your Nxt Account. Copy it to a safe place or memorize it!
There are no wallet files in Nxt, just your passphrase to access your Nxt account in the network. (Read more about account security). Using the passphrase automatically creates an account. Sending a transaction to the network will strongly secure your account and is highly recommended as it announces your public key to the network. Note that receiving NXT doesn't count to this, but setting account information does. - Get some NXT
