In Qubic the reward goes to one who retransmits transactions. If u see a transaction and the level of the signal is low then u should retransmit it. More nodes will receive the transaction in this case and some of them will give the reward to u, not to the node u received the transaction from.

Radio. Good old radio. WiFi can be used to build a mesh network (radius of range from 60 to 200 meters for one node). Luckily, Qubic doesn't require global availability of data and works even for isolated groups.
