As i can calculate the mining ratio? as does the explorer blockchain.

As the formula? % and NXT?

Thank you!

EXTRA: API is needed to see if X account is forging (even if only limited to the node itself)

Where do I write this, just into a PDF dokument or somewhere online?
you can post it directly to the NxtMarketing thread:
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/nxt-marketing-promotion-nxt-forum-now-moved-to-nxtforumsorg-412243

I think we could have 5-10 articles about green energy in next 2 months...

You can provide only some basic texts, others can add some more technical info, grammar corrections, so you don't have to be afraid of the language. Then we will try to publish it at important news sites, also with cool infographics.. Smiley

Ebereon, you should consider writing these two article requested by salsacz for bounty:

Help Nxt by writing Articles

Is here anyone, who would write excellent and long articles about:

...

- How can you mine Nxt only with solar energy?

- Nxt + Raspberry (+other similar platforms (Cubietruck)) (can be different articles, also short articles) (0 energy  forging package)

...

You can make reservations on these articles.

Nobody? This is quite open bounty before we ask people directly and make them by our own Cheesy

Oh well, I think i missed that one. Thanks for the reminder Wink

Where do I write this, just into a PDF dokument or somewhere online?

If someone is interested in power consumption of a RasPI-Nxt node, here is my overclocked RasPI-NXT node with optimiced clocks an voltages + wlan adaptor:

Now the green people can calculate the power consumption of the NXT network if they would run on RasPI's Wink

Greets,
eb

EDIT: This is measured from wall!

This is great data, thanks, some of my earlier posts pegged the Raspberry at 4W per node.  So what kind of power supply are you using - just an ordinary wall transformer?

Yes, it is from RS-Online 5V/1,2A

Is this the fund for NXTcash?

I think that's a question for James, not me.  NXTcash is a project he is very interested in, I think, but it is only one of many projects that would be vying for funds from this account.

Alias NXTcommunityfund = NXT Account 13776816462073143763

I think the community fund is entirely separate from the NXTcash fund. See:

...

At the high level I think allocating the NXTfund one third to tech, one third to marketing and one third for tbd is what makes sense.
...

On the tech side, there are many new competitors and NXT already has in progress features that match or exceed almost all of them. klee has rightly identified zerocoin functionality as a strategic feature and put 1 million NXT of his to make it happen. I agree with him and as you know I am actively working on that project. What other significant tech features are needed to make NXT have everything it needs? At this point the only significant missing piece I see is a whole set of DAC's to combat etherium.
...

At the time of writing the 1 million Nxt from klee was already worth two thirds of the total community fund, only one third of which was allocated to new tech projects.

EDIT: Big thank you to everyone who donated to the wiki contributors fund.

Salsa, think I shouldn't be on the list. I'm helping to maintain just the English wiki, and write new articles for it. I haven't done any translation work. And Joefox has already sent me 5000 nxt for my work so far. (Wouldn't mind any extra though Grin)

Now if someone with better Japanese knowledge than me would start on Japanese translations, I could help with that as a secondary...

Everyone, please take a minute to comment on the Nxt article on Bitcoin Magazine.

I made a couple comments that have been waiting for moderation approval for a while now. Question: do they allow URLs in comments? I made three comments, and only one has been posted so far. The two that haven't been posted had urls in them.

I'm not sure, about to have a few people head that way to comment.

I just tried again after removing '.com' from a url, and the comment has been listed. So it looks like they don't allow URLs.

I'm keeping it to two comment tonight.
Don't want to make it a too obvious swarm.

Two comments is respectful, I agree. As for the swarm of readers, I'm sure they'll love thoughtful comments on their articles.

BTW works on Whitepaper are kinda frozen in last 2 weeks
http://wiki.nxtcrypto.org/wiki/Whitepaper:Nxt

IMO, C-f-b or JL should provide some of the more technical stuff (doesn't have to be in good English or even well-formatted, other contributors can take care of that) since I don't think anyone else can truly appreciate the math and logic as well as C-f-b or JL can.

thats true. i could even help with that.

Bounty for Wiki Translators

A few days ago I sent Joefox 50.000 from the NxtMarketing account from donation by Come-from-Beyond. (+ 5.000 for managing wiki)

Joefox had a good idea about rewarding translators by this table:
http://wiki.nxtcrypto.org/wiki/Special:ContributionScores
- he will use "all history" table now, because it is the end of the month and then he will be able to use "last 30 days" at the end of each month.

I decided to help him with looking for IDs, jeez, this was a hardcore quest Cheesy
It is in gdoc on the right and also here I present you our stars team, only those, who translated at least 10 pages:

Same here. It's a bit hard rebuking myths when you can't link. I'll post some without links
