I saw Voting System more like public signed polls. There're some tools of control of others accs planning with it? For what purpose?

It's not possible.

Destroying =/= destroing in common sense. This is just how defferent transactions on the blockchain r interpreted by client software.

Destroying =/= freezing, there are differences, will be explained later.

This is possible with Voting System. Someone creates a poll with description including proof and add an option to destroy coins / freeze account transactions / whatever. If 51% of all the coins choose to destroy coins then they r destroyed.

Genesis account can do nothing. Btw, when the time comes, the secret phrase that opens the genesis account will be published.

Or it's one of basics of Nxt: follow 51%+ ethics in your actions? It can be disaster in future.

Why would killing rogue nodes be a huge flaw?

I think I understood it wrong. I can start a vote to delete all NXT from YOU. If I find a few guys supporting me from the original stakeholders it will happen. (?)
