It's a decentralized system. U can offer ur URI for Nxt accounts and if it looks good for others they'll use it.
I can suggest something like nxtacc:6842014922105566620, but it has no sense until we have software that support it. But because I'm not Nxt software developer, my suggestion have very little value

1. U and others who is willing to help get funds to deploy more nodes with static IPs
2. We test it
3. I switch hallmark protection for inbound requests
As a fallback I can always publish list of zombie nodes, ur hoster will shoot them in head before they even reach ur node.
