Official client doesn't have them, not sure about that blockexplorer. Other guy is developing it.

Edit: That's a good idea to see what accounts have coins. I can change blockchain parser and get this info. Shouldn't take a lot of time.

first all Nxt were created in the genesis block. then devided to the stakeholders.

you earn with mining, but you dont get block rewards like in other cryptos. you get the transactions fees people payed for the transactions in your block.

Maybe its client crashed... Btw, do u see 2730th block? My nodes see only 2729th.

no sorry about that, the 2730 came from the recent blocks field up top, in my list 2729 is whats in the top-most block. The 0th item strikes again!

If u see this bug again then restart ur client and let me know if it did let to send a transaction. If it did then this proves my guess that most of the problems in the client coz of incorrectly written networking.

I've the same problem. CBC said that the transaction may have been created, but your client doesn't see them.

I see that base target goes below 100% more often. This is good, coz more miners r working.
