So if *more* NXT can be created by "broadcasting a test net tx on main net" then that is a security hole.

2. He sends u 100000 NAS.
3. Few days later he offers to buy 50000 NAS for 0.01 BTC.
4. He sends the bitcoins in advance, u send him 50000 NAS.
5. He broadcasts this transaction into Nxt network.

Result: U sold 50k NXT for 0.01 BTC.
