China's domestic Bitcoin Roundtable results will be announced after the announcement of the New York consensus, in the near future, NYC will highlight it and the domain name the same value. Hold on you  NYC.

Did a bit of checking on the issue I had with -datadir not working. It turns out the folder and config name should both be newyorkc instead of the more convential NewYorkCoin. After making these changes I have it working on my Coiny Island secure drive now and the -datadir directive works correctly as expected.

Well, Jason 9908, I might support and join you, but what is with Globalcoin?
When I hit your sig link it takes me to a Globalcoin site which will only more confuse most users.

That is Ok now.

i have a working wallet allknowingeye...up to date as well.

I had tried a few times to get that wallet working. But I have finally found the problem. It is not handling the datadir directive properly. I segregate all my wallets on a secure drive that is not the standard place it looks for to dump the data into. I removed that -datadir directive and it now loads fine albeit in the users folder. Any trick to the using the -datadir directive on this coin.

My wallet is downloading the blocks now, once that is done I will dedicate some miners to soloing on this and this blockchain should be moving regularly again. Might take time some time to get all these blocks downloaded however.

You're welcome R-J-F.  Cool

As far as the future of any coin, if any of us knew, we would all be filthy rich.
But one thing I can say with certainty is that if we all do nothing, then expect nothing to happen. Wink

Welcome to visit and forward  https://twitter.com/nyc_jason9908 , so that more people know NYC,  thanks.
