Hey, the wallet is in Beta launch, so you can go and download it from Github, about a week ago they released it so people could mine some blocks.

so how many coins will be in circulation? could you also explain the distribution of the coins? i read it in the white paper but not sure if some of the coins will be locked or dumped

Its really good! Waiting for the wallet release, coin distribution, mainnet with masternodes and start trading on major exchanges. Obsidian looks great and more better than many competitors.
