In short term marketing is more important for price than tech. In long term tech is more important than marketing.
good tech will be forked and 2. Good marketing and poor tech: Hype will turn into 1. Good tech and marketing: Benchmarks

That can be true in some cases...

Bad marketing is an easy problem to fix when you have a good tech

Insurance is always provided by third parties. Airline operators may provide compensation, but there is a conflict of interest there. Plus if the airline is going to go bust, who would you claim compensation from?
You are right about the important role of third parties in insurance! However, I agree that at the current period, this feature of Byteball is likely a gambling between Byteball users. Of course, I hope that in the future, when more changes come, including deeper integrations of blockchain technology and services in many aspects of real life services, Byteball Insurance for Delayed Flights will become more helpful for users, who are certainly extremely tired and dissapointed with delayed flights.

is byteball listed on solume.io? it is a good site to spread the voice about this crypto
I've seen byteball there (link). It would be good if we will see it in the main page (trending coins), but ofcourse it depends on the social volume.

HI I get this string from oracle bot.
how can I claim the funds?

I guess you are exchanging BTC for Bytes using smart contract described here https://medium.com/byteball/making-p2p-great-again-episode-ii-bitcoin-exchange-d98adfbde2a5.  If so, switch to the smart contract that has the Bytes locked, navigate to the Send tab, and paste this long string into "Merkle proof" field.

I am sorry but I didn't understand...
where I need to paste it? There is funds inside so? (0.00201532?)
thanks in advance for the help Wink I am really noob with byteball Smiley

Byteball could take off any moment and very rapidly. I would not risk to be left out of this great asset. Many indicators are suggesting that the bottom is in and that now the price is likely to trend to the upside.

Bcnex - The Ultimate Blockchain Trading Platform
Take it easy, my Hero!
You can simply call them as blindly supporters of Byteball project. Honestly, I love them so much due to their strongly belief in Byteball project.
Is there anyone here caring about each problem?
I saw a lot of blind "community" supporters in this thread to spread the words: Byteball is good! Byteball is the best crypto! Byteball will fly to moon. Can those blind praise promote the coin? They don't see the problem of price, the distribution of coin,

Byteball team don't control the exchange, particularly Cryptopia which got troubles with most of coins in their platform recent months.
the problem of exchange.

It seems that you have tried making continous efforts to spread FUDs.
Or even they know about these problems, but nobody from "community" will response them.
When I pointed out the TRUTH that Byteball lost its position at the first page of coinmarketcap, I were marked as "the biggest FUDer". That's funny.

Trust is a scarce resource. Byteball enables it through smart contracts and real name verification.. 😃

Byteball is the best crypto... Byteball is the onlyone with a funtional real world application like flight delay insurance, among others things...

Byteball may be the future, but the current investors are failing to recognize so. The tech still needs a lot of development and support by investors. The price has not seen appreciation as it should have.

Also I am so worried to see that no one in the community really cares about cryptopia holding up bytebal deposits. This makes me wonder if even there is a community backing up the balls or not. Activities are hardly seem in chats, this coins needs advertising by its owners and a lot of pumping to bring it into limelight so that people can see the coin. Its constantly shifting down the coin market cap list.

Crypto Swap Exchange
An appeal to byeball creators / tony : Why don't you urge cryptopia to get issues about bytebal alright? After all you have paid fine sum of money to get it listed, but listed for what?

So that they can hold up your hunders of dollars of Cryptos and manipulate the market?
Either they are incompetent or scammers, in either case they should be booted by the public

I think we should look beyond Cryptopia and Bitteex. Every effort should be made to list Byteball at exchanges like Binance. Having a fiat ramp is fine, but why should you ignore the most popular crypto exchanges. It might cost money, but that can come from the undistributed funds. It would be worth it.
no liquidity for selling undistributed funds. Selling coins for Binance would mean a dump to 0.005

There might be a dump, but that is always possible irrespective of what you do with the undistributed funds. There is no reason to believe that the signature campaign funds will be held for a little by time. Some of the participants don’t even have a byteball wallet. They have given a cryptopia deposit address.

Of course someone who would give a cryptopia address for receiving the signature campaign bounty has no intention whatsoever to keep the bytes he will receive and he just would wait for the best moment to dump them.
Speaking about exchanges, of course we should get on a few major exchanges. Cryptopia and Bittrex pose different kind of problems to its customers, many people would not just buy them on those exchanges. Binance is of course Binance and it's one of the best ones but I would also push for Kucoin. And perhaps Poloniex, now that it has been acquired by a group connected with Wall Street.
I'm sorry to hear that, some fellow signature members are having an issue with Gbyte deposit missing anyway Cryptopia team are investigating it further since the 27th of April. Of course, Pretty annoying, Its pathetic to see. Hopefully the problem will be sorted out.

Currently only listed on Bittrex, Cryptopia, Upbit, and Cryptox. Cryptopia and Bitteex tons of problem each, like stuck user balance then manipulate the market. This is how, we should not ignore the most popular exchanges Binance, Kucoin.

I am using Bittrex for byteball deposit, and for now, I have no problem. I am not sure that is Kucoin better choice than Bittrex. Also, big campaign with "free" coins like this signature must surely affect the price drop.
I see there many complaints on Cryptopia, if is there paid listing, why they do not pay penalty if his wallet is not online?

Not that you can give CMC any real credibility since it is such a flawed piece of crap.

But even taking that into consideration (which most noobs do not) seeing this at position 104 is ludicrous.

I would suggest an immediate main forum page dedicated byteball thread and posting reward structure right now along with one last airdrop for 15% after 2-3 months of holding that thread there on page 1 and only for those that have their BB address linked to their sigs and posting in that thread. Therefore the 15% airdrop would not even come near to depleting the left overs by 1/2

The main board is still a major jumping point for noobs. Finding byteball now in this ann section is unlikely before stumbling into some awesome sounding new shit ico that is going do extract their btc.

The main board here still beats any other forum of advertising.

I would advise we get on to this asap. A catchy thread title naming it as the most undervalued project on this board.

your proposal maybe is going to pump up the price temporary.

The early distribution on full moon were not perfect, but the idea was to increase adoption of the byteball bytes...

The chinese proposal was an example, It could be South Korea, Spain, or Hong Kong, a good android and crytpo friendly country, again this is not perfect either, but I like better the youtube video contest.

youtube sound like marketing to me...

Just called Byteball as extremely under-valued coin. Personally, if you have lots of free money, why not invest into Byteball.
Should take advantage of its current low price to accumulate more Byteball.

Yes I totally agree.

Byteball is the true definition of a DarkHorse.

Good tech and poor marketing: Dark horse

https://medium.com/@kaantkaantkaant/two-factorial-theory-of-crypto-investments-who-is-the-dark-horse-c131becfe80

The price of cryptocurrency basically is determined with two things: tech and marketing. The current market is unmatured and full of newcomers. Therefore, many people often don’t understand the differences between grow based on tech and grow based on marketing.

Good tech does not mean that the project has a ready ecosystem (because all crypto-projects are still in the early stage of development), but that it is more developed than competitors.

All projects can be divided in four groups based on tech and marketing:

1. Good tech and marketing: Benchmarks

2. Good marketing and poor tech: Hype

3. Good tech and poor marketing: Dark horse

4. Poor tech and marketing: Black box

In short term marketing is more important for price than tech. In long term tech is more important than marketing.

And I suggest to airdrop on Chinese moon festival which is in August I believe , and only to chinese registered email and jumio Id account holder.
And Airdrop only relative to a logarithmic value in dollars or yuans terms, not by percent.

Chinese market is very important, very important.

Chinese people hava WeChat with a chinese yuan wallet in it.
What is that mean to byteball?
Since Byteball wallet is very fast with a lot of real world aplications, chinese can trade among them self, they are very honest at trading they can send bytes for yuans instanly.
Also most Chinese phone users are Android, beacause they have many chinese phone brand which are unkown to us, and all are android.
And Forget Iphone, they will ask Tony later, And Tony will say No to Iphone Smiley

They also like gambling and maybe binary trade will florish there.
Of course they travel a lot so I hope "fly delay, byteball pay" also florish.

And I have seen many crypto pos coin are setting communities in Hong Kong for some reason...

Airdrop should be for good potential markets like China and South Korea, but better for China because of the WeChat thing...

I lived in China for while.

quite nice ideea... maybe we can start a campaign for this moon festival.

more  awareness about byteball , more the platform get used and start to be more  functional.

i would like to see as soon, this platform used by milions of ppl.
This proposal is quite good. China is a huge cryptocurrency market. Extending this market will help bytebll's rapid development.

Let's not mutate my original great plan into something far more insane and actually damaging.

The chinese are welcome to post on the main board (or maybe a thread in the chinese section) and be holders of byteball to receive the airdrop of course.

But giving any further BB out to people who are not ardent investors/supporters or the project will just be another psychotic move like this wdc scientific research for bytes. Thank god the payout is so small it will not harm the project more than the previous psychotic moves bb has had to endure. Cure coin of which has sucked about 20btc of mine away over the years is proof that this does not work in the way expected.

You want to encourage believers/holders investors.... not wasting drips and drabs on people that want to toss it back into the exchange straight away for some btc dust.

At the moment, Byteball bot for Flight Delay Insurance is something like gambles between Byteball users, not between airplane companies and their customers.
It might be better if someday the Fligth Delay Insurance be impletemented officially between airplane companies and customers.

aha.... my nick on WCG must be same like in byteball android wallet? cos on WCG i have very high powerfull with BIBLEPAY mining

You only need to change your username for a moment. Right after you’ve linked up with the Bot you can change it back to your old username. Don’t forget to use the ‚changename‘ command to tell the Bot what your current username is!
