They send the perfect amount of bytes. You just can't count / read what the rules are/were.

I think more of a reason is FOMO.People think it will follow the same trend after each airdrop(a dump) so they hurry to do short,not that i agree with it but you can't blame them too.

a lot less bytes were supposed to be airdropped this time and the next airdrop will be even less
