Two things that were different for this airdrop compared to the last 3 I witnessed:

- silverbox stopped posting his usual updates about BTC linked and the much helpful graphs. I'm not sure why.
- GB didn't rise by at least $200. In fact, it's been on a downtrend since the 1st of this month. I didn't expect that.

As of now buddy, its difficult to estimate amounts and whats next due to:

a, new rules per airdrop
b. merchant cashback - we dont know how much they getting in terms of GB

So i think if i would post updates that would be not accurate anymore and some people could even attack me for providing false data.

So sorry but until we dont see whole data like cashback for each merchant we cannot estimate any more like in the past.

The price does not grow very much, it makes me sad as an investor

You mean you bought something and the value went down?   That's never happened for anything before.  Smiley

I'll admit I haven't been following BB new as much as I was before the last airdrop but I'm certain I never saw any announcement "more than a whole full moon" ago about an intention to cancel the September airdrop here or on slack.
That's because September airdrop isn't canceled.

I just checked my received amount for the distribution round today and I have gotten only around 5% of the amount which was shown in the chatbot yesterday and today (check twice befor distribution). Is the distribution split to several payments this time?
I sent all the coins to the specific address shown in the chatbot so everything seems to be right. Does anyone else have the problem?

There are two parts for airdrops. First always comes for linked btc.

Second part is GB--->GB so holders always get later usually within 24-48h

Blackbytes are distributed within few days of airdrop.

Hope that helps.

I was trying to sell blackbites via using the trading bot

I've received this error

Quote
Sadly i had to cancel your exchange offer, please reclaim your funds from your smart address.
Reason: Time left is less than 1 hour.

And now i don't know what to do, i've lost all of my blackbytes

Any idea?  Huh

Did you get the byte and blackbyte from the last airdrop ? i didn't get it.

Join slack and I will help you figure out why you didn't get anything.

First thing to consider is that you didn't do it right - This is 99% of the time.
Second is that you haven't waited and are expecting instant payment of your FREE money.

(I went to the gym once and ran all the way around the building.  Jumped on the scale and it was the same.  Oh hell, decided to just quit since I didn't lose 10 lbs after a full 5 mins.)

Interesting, I got airdrop for Bitcoin linked, but not the (much larger) airdrop for Bytes I'm holding yet. In previous airdrops those arrived together.

Once again the price drop is more than the airdrop Sad

My experience also, but it was only 2 hours ago.  Will  check again in the morning and am confident everything will be as it should be.

The Gbyte to Mbyte thing has been discussed a lot on this thread.  I agree, but it's the exchanges we need to persuade, esp since  they chose to use "GBYTE" rather than another denominator.

These last minute rule changes are somewhat disturbing for building trust into this coin.
There are no "last minute" changes, changes are announced more than a whole full moon ahead.

Maybe it will be a good idea to STOP airdrop?)

Why is that so ?

Hey, just received a (trivial) number of Bytes in the airdrop.
I was getting a little worried as the full moon was some hours ago and didn't know how long to expect to wait, but all worked as promised. Into the bargain I learned how to sign a message in Bitcoin Core, so that's another plus.
All in all I've been impressed with the project and will certainly stick around to learn more. Best wishes to all concerned.

Well, there is a lot of "inflation" pressure on the price due to the airdrop - a lot of new coins entering circulation every month.
So my guess is that the price can substantially rise only after the airdrop is finished.

lol so many people pissed off, just grab your crap a nd get yourself evaporated

Yeah, so many people here which have no idea what Byteball is, how it works, and basically are here only to grab some free coins and pollute this thread with nonsense that they could avoid writing if only they would read a few pages of the thread.

MY RED TRUST LEFT BY SCUMBAGS - READ MY SIG
more work should be put into the main alt board. I see iota spam there every 5 seconds byteball needs to take note of this and get a few threads going on there too.

Trouble is noobs think iota is cheap because of the per unit price and byteball is expensive.  They don't understand cap is the measure of total value the unit price is irrelevant.

Perhaps we should have it in MB not GB or many just in B on exchanges.

Thought about it yesterday aswell, the circulating/max supply for IOTA is 2,779,530,283 MIOTA https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/iota/
while for GBYTE the circulating supply is 526,327 GBYTE and max supply 1,000,000 https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/byteball/

I've read some people saying they can't/won't buy GBYTE because it's too expensive to them, smh

Exactly if i hear one more time byteball too expensive buy cheap iota from a noob .....

Look at all the new threads on the main board pick me a coin under 1 dollar etc. Per unit to a lot of new people is very important.

Re the delayed drop - i never like rules changing but this one makes more sense to me. Much more than the entire idea to reward the wealthiest btc owners with the most bb anyway.
