[reminder]

Beware of change addresses in your BTC wallet AND in your byteball wallet for the next distribution round!

Byteball distribution companion helps you.

          Is you address properly linked?
Is your linked BTC balance what you expected?
Are all your bytes on your byteball linked address?
          How much will you receive?

+Bookmark. Once distribution has started you can follow in near real time when bytes arrive in your wallet. Enjoy!
I went to that address you linked and it says that: "   Address is linked (good!), with a balance of bytes 0 and BTC 0 You will receive 0 bytes and 0 Blackbytes during round number 7.  "
even though I have a few gbytes in the wallet/address. What could be wrong?

You know why all alts are RED? Cause everybody is converting alts to BTC to participate in ByteBall airdrop  Grin

some people i know are going back into btc before it splits in the hard fork because they want a coin on each chain
obviously ,the big blocks chain with 90%+ support  will win but if lukes 1mb chain doesnt die it they might make a profit from it too

there is little danger of that happening.
Miners now support 80% at least the segwit2x afetr the new york agreement
I expect things to be much smoother after August

i dont panic sell  .......ever
the winning btc will be $5k by xmas  Wink

What a bullshit. If hardfork occurs both chains will be massively devalued.

ok, u should sell now if you believe that ,hungry whales will be happy to take your coinz cheap.....Wink

Just my perspective...
We have little jihad who thinks he can be CEO of bitcoin.
We have whales who knows that bitcoin is winner between fiat-btc game.
We had PBOC and china banning btc so many times i lost count.

SO

All this fear is created to accumulate cheap coins. No one noticed that recent drops of btc was nothing? Thats how u making money, by making fear.
There will be no fork, there will be no splits. Just FUD.
Not the first time jihad and gang trying some buslhit to have cheaper coins.

Edit:

If you need safety net, hedge your btc against other alts. they cheap as hell now.

UPDATE :

542602.17365275 BTC linked  which will bring approx. : 33,912 gb

and we have 255,492gb in circulation which will bring : 51,098 gb more after airdrop

So

32,341+51,098= 85,010 new gb added to the one in circulation which in total will bring to 340,502 gb in circulation.

Yes that's 1/3 of all gbytes.

We will have at least 4 more airdrops
.

There are another airdrop with btc link like byteball (GBYTE), stellars lumen (XLM), clam (CLAM) or bitcore (BTX) ?

There are actually loads of airdrops all the time but people usually miss them
http://airdropalert.com (this is probably  not even all of them)

Ok thanks,

Bitcore (BTX) seems to be the most profitable for newcomers, no ?

BTX is tricky ,they change the rules every week so you need to pay attention
i have missed the best ones because i didnt know about them in time to move coins from a cold storage to an address that can sign etc

I think that with a better exchange, Bitcore will take off.

What's your estimates for BTC linked for upcoming airdrop? I think it's possible to get 50k more BTC linked with the rates it's growing now Smiley Few days ago it was ~500k+ BTC linked...

Guys, what about exchanges? They might link a lot of users' bitcoins which is not very fair condition.

Such addresses are filtered out so far as is possible:

Inspired by my conversation with Aleš Janda (who is very knowledgeable in blockchain analysis and runs walletexplorer.com and chainalysis.com), there is a new rule for microtransaction-proven bitcoin addresses:

- if the address had more than 50 transactions in the last 3 days, it is rejected.  Linking by signature is still possible.

Such frequent transactions are common for exchanges and other shared wallets, and the rule prevents its customers from linking the shared address by doing a withdrawal.

This adds to the other two rules that serve the same purpose:
- if the microtransaction has more than 2 outputs, it is rejected (with the exception of Electrum 2fa transactions that have 3 outputs), because exchanges often aggregate several withdrawals into a single transaction
- if the same address was already linked before by another user, the new link is rejected and the old link is canceled.  This applies only to tx-proven addresses, and the reason for this rule is that for sufficiently popular exchanges, there will likely be more than one user who tries to cheat.

The two old rules were good enough at filtering large well known exchanges but a small number of addresses of smaller exchanges were still linked.  The new rule is to filter them too.
