I tried engaging the transition bot and it just echos whatever I say. Does that mean I'm too late? Or that the bot is temporarily offline?

I also got though it is very little amount but the intention is matter more for me. This is second time when I got share from free distribution and all is being kept holding. I can't use this small amount but appreciate it which makes me happy to have some for nothing.
