At first, I thought 207 runs as a target would be too low for Netherlands as previously when tasked with chasing 238 runs against Netherlands, USA scored 218 runs. So I thought there was a chance that the USA might be winning this match. But the Dutch bowlers have proved me wrong.

They got a very early wicket in the first over and the wicket kept falling like dominoes for the USA. none of them could build a stable partnership but did get somewhat close to the target that they were tasked to chase. Monak Patel did try to hold on and scored an amazing 66 runs but his teammate on the other end just kept getting out. Kyle Klein did an amazing job with the bowl and got 4 wickets, Paul Van Meekeren also got 3 wickets. But I think the man who should be credited the most for the win of Netherlands is as always, Max O’Dowd. He scored an amazing 77 runs, which was crucial to the target that they set for the USA.
