Netherlands are a better team than Namibia and they were part of the 50 overs World Cup last year. You can easily expect them to win against a weaker team like Namibia. In a 50 overs game a target of less than 250 is not considered a decent target. Whereas Namibia was only able to get 123 runs on the scoreboard, it is not even 150 runs and I am sure the Netherlands have a good batting side they would have eventually got 124 runs in less overs. It is a complete domination game by the dutch team as per the scoreboard is concerned.

At least on paper, Netherlands is supposed to be stronger. They are widely regarded as the strongest associate side. And they were the only associate nation to qualify for the 2023 ODI World Cup (and then went on to defeat South Africa and Bangladesh during the tournament). Also, they have most of their players participating in either county cricket or other first class competitions around the world. On the other hand, Nepal is considerably weakened by the absence of Sandeep Lamichhane. They are a very young side and none of the players have first class experience.
Namibia is also a strong associate team like Netherlands. We have seen Namibia in many ICC tournament's and todays game was supposed to be between two teams of equal level but it was Netherlands who dominated. It's mainly because of Aryan Dutt heroic bowling figures (9-034-6) that Namibia team were only able to score 123 runs and you can't avoid a defeat when you have that much total to defend.

I think Netherlands is stronger than Nepal on paper because they qualified for the recently concluded 2023 ODI World Cup. Where a strong team like the West Indies failed to qualify, the Netherlands qualified for the 2023 ODI World Cup. One of the best players in the Nepal team is Sandeep Lamishane who has gained a lot of experience by playing in various franchise leagues around the world. Although he has not been associated with the team recently, all the players in his team have played well. It is not that any team will win the game of cricket if it is strong on paper, the victory of the game of cricket depends on those who play well on the field. Nepal team may have proved that they are not strong on paper but they are strong on the field.

Before the starting this match, I was thought about that Netherlands would won this match without any questions. Now I think it kinda became hard to understand what gonna happen. Their two openers both are failed to do the performance. If this continue I don't think that Netherlands will be able to cross 200run today. Can't say with guarantee yet because, Nepal's batting is still left.

You were right thinking what Nazarland is doing Netherland has lost the match. This was a low score match and Nepal team shocked Netherlands team and Netherlands all team out on 137 runs . Nepal team won the match by 8 wickets. This was bowling friendly pitch and bowlers played very well on this pitch.K. Bhurtel took 4 wickets by giving 20 runs in 7 overs and he also made a score for his team and was awarded as a player of the match. Rajbanshi also took 2 wickets by giving 32 runs in 10 overs and he performed an excellent bowling .From Netherlands batting side no one player paly well.

If cricket is not played by the local players of a country then the game of cricket is not very attractive. We are seeing more of this practice in some countries in recent times. I have mentioned earlier where I felt that the ICC may have continued such an effort as countries that did not like cricket but they became enthusiastic about cricket. I am very optimistic about some of the new teams, Nepal being one of them. Who has improved a lot in cricket in a short period of time. If they participate in the World Cup, they will gain more experience and their cricket will improve.
This is why I am supporting teams such as Nepal and Namibia. They have 100% native squad, unlike the case with the United Arab Emirates or the United States. But the root cause is the stupid eligibility criteria that was enforced by the ICC. Anyone with a visiting visa can represent any country, despite having no family connection or personal attachment. And this has seen more deserving countries struggling to win matches, while teams that are entirely comprised of foreigners are now dominating associate cricket.
I am pretty surprised that ICC did not do anything about it. About the foreign players playing in the national squad of another country. And I absolutely do not understand how that makes sense. Right now there are a lot of teams that play foreign players in the national squad. And that is the story for a lot of associate teams to be honest. I do not think us supporting a certain team is going to do anything in this matter. I think ICC will need to have taken bold steps against these things. I am actually pretty surprised that there are rules for almost everything when the game is played on the phone but on the field there are very little terms and conditions.

Canada cricket team came to visit Nepal to play a three-match ODI series.This ODI series was not pleasant at all for Team Canada as they were whitewashed by Nepal in this ODI series. The second ODI of this series was very exciting for me as Canada batted first and scored 285 runs but Nepal won the match by four wickets. Nepal cricket team is gradually making their progress. Initially when Nepal came to cricket they often lost to all the teams but now they have become a bit stronger due to which they are winning against many teams. I think there is nothing to be surprised because results we same as we expect and to be honest the way Nepal improved thier cricket should be appreciable and especially thier bowling side has much more potential to dethroned any quality batters or team and I am sure if they make some constructive changes in thier batting line-up soon they will be on the list of top sides of the tournament. Anyway if we have a look at current score board Netherlands played much bad compared to thier cricket world standard but it's ok up and down are part of any teams journey. While thier opponent nepal completely shift dominance toward them from start especially after dismissal of this first player and chase down the required target before 16th over
I agree with you. Nepal played well against Netherlands in yesterday match. It was impressive and not unexpected because Nepal has been doing well lately. Their bowling has improved a lot which is good. They can challenge good batters and teams. If they make some changes in their batting order Nepal could become one of the best teams in the tournament.On the other hand Netherlands didn't play well. But Nepal did a great job of chasing the target quickly and showed their strength. Nepal's performance was excellent and they are a team to keep an eye on in the tournament.

At this moment, both squads have left the ground because match has already finished of this competition ICC Men's Cricket World Cup League 2 and this match was played among Netherlands sqaud and Nepal squad. In previous match Nepal squad was displayed really a bad performance in first match and gave very low defeating target because of this, Nepal sqaud lost this match but current, their squad comeback in today match, they defeated Netherlands sqaud members very badly aand just lost one batter wickets, they achieved all target which was 137 scores.
