Today was the 8th and 9th match of the under 19 World Cup, and the 9th match was finished but the 8th match is playing right now.
Anyway, in the 9h match between Namibia U19 and Australia U19 teams, we saw many twists in this match because sometimes Namibia U19s look on the top of the match and sometimes the Australian team going to win but in the end, we had Australia as the winner.
The Namibia U19 team took wickets of them one by one but they had too that's why they won otherwise if there is T20 so they have pressure and maybe their team is under pressure, and from this maybe they lose it. Being a small team, i would say that it was a great performance by the Namibia team.
Today I was expecting both matches could be one-sided because big teams still have advantage and their players are having good confident as well for the having good performance so same happen as Australia ruined Namibia and bowled out them at the score of 91 which was looking easy target but mostly as we have small targets create problems same happen and Australia lost their 6 wickets which was scary collapse for them, we have seven Namibian batsmen those out on single digit.
But reply was also not good as Australia lost few early wickets and while they were 57 for 5 I was having feeling maybe they lost, but they have done good comeback and win this match by 4 wickets.
Currently, we have second match of the which is having easy win for the Bangladesh which is chasing target of 235 and now have 192 for 4 with all is set for their first win in this event.
Bangladesh U19 won the match against Ireland U19 by six wickets and 19 balls remaining. It was a comfortable chase for Bangladesh as the target was low and they were never in trouble. The quick 4 wickets Ireland took in between 19th and 28th over made the game a bit interesting. Kian Hilton played an impressive innings for Ireland.
The another match between Australia U19 and Namibia U19 also brought an expected result. Namibia all out for a small total. The fall of 6 wickets for Australia was a bit of surprise but even than, they never seem to have falling behind Namibia in any way.
The groups in this world cup are thoughtfully structured letting smaller teams play with the large ones and at least one of the two smaller teams qualifying to next round.
