Well, we all know by how much big margin the New Zealand team won today. They really took revenge of the last World Cup finals where the England team defeated them and won the title.

The partnership between Rachin Ravindra and Devon Conway was amazing. Although Devon Conway made 152 runs but man of the match was Rachin Ravindra who made 123 runs in the partnership. I think he was awarded the player of the match because he also took 1 wicket in the match.

No one imagined such a miserable defeat for England. Many gamblers lost bets today. Most of the people considered England as the favorite in this match. But the reality was different. England's performance was that of an average team. I would say they played very poorly. No one expected such a performance from an experienced team like England. I was very surprised not to see Stokes in the England squad today. I feel Stokes should have been given a place in the squad instead of Sam Curran.

This was really incredible to see. The New Zealand batting lineup absolutely crushed the English bowlers. This was a very easy win for New Zealand. After England gave a target of 283 I thought it was actually going to be competitive. But of course that did not happen. New Zealand was just destroying their opponent. I actually think that it was because English bowlers were not very comfortable performing on a pitch like this. They are not used to the conditions as well. I think England is going to learn from this mistake and try to improve. Congratulations to the New Zealand team for having a great performance at the start of the competition.

New Zealand was the underdog in the match. The team's recent performances were really good and in today's match once again they nailed it. As said we can see better odds on New Zealand in the upcoming matches. As New Zealand haven't won World Cup it is always considered the underdog and with this kind of performance they're good to win against any team. 215 runs record-breaking partnership for New Zealand for the second wicket bring historic win for them as well against England in first match of the ODI World cup which is surely one of the best win for them and perfect start for this event as well Conway and Rachin Ravindra both complete their centuries with this was first century for the Rachin Ravindra as he was playing as bowler for them but having impressive batting skills.
