Regis Chakabva was the only other batsmen who could score more than 30. Indian bowlers were all impressive without any exception. Deepak Chahar looked really good, coming back from an injury.
The bowling unit wasn't expected to perform big, but the Indian bowlers made a big thing. From the beginning the wicket fall kept Zimbabwe from scoring big. Until thirteenth over two bowlers were into the spell. The swing out of the new ball from both the bowlers were good. Among the first four wickets two were keeper catch, one is to the slip and the other is a lbw. So the swing truly helped. Further the spinners did their part and today it is Indians completely dominant.BTW, Netherlands got a good start in their match against Pakistan. And with this win, they have 90 points in the ICC Men's Cricket World Cup Super League and are now almost guaranteed of a position in top-8. India VS Zimbabwe
The Zimbabwe vs India series is going to take place shortly. Zimbabwe played well against Bangladesh in their last series and won the series. But I don't think Zimbabwe will win any match against India. India will win this series very easily.
I thought Virat Kohli would be given a chance in this series. And it will take an effort to bring him back to form, as Zimbabwe's bowling line-up is weak. But the Indian management did not keep Virat Kohli in the squad.
India is not playing it's A team in this bilateral series with Zimbabwe. I am expecting the Indian side to win the series comfortably but I think it will not be an easy task. In the last series with Bangladesh Sikandar Raza played exceptionally well and out of the three matches he score century in two which led his team to win. If this guy plays well against India then the Indian team will face problem. The Zimbabwe vs India series is going to take place shortly.
