Just to clarify.  That post pertaining to me getting in contact with them today was complete satire. 

Im still troubled by the fact that bkkcoins has not heard a peep from terrahash for sometime now and has no idea of what they are doing, I trust bkkcoins. So we have not heard a peep and he has not head a peep....so whats up? ...I am still trying to give them benefit of the doubt" but the silence treatment" is getting old. Terrahash, if your reading this and you are in a jam, tell us so and what your plan is, most of us can understand and may be willing to work with you or help perhaps? But we can't if you don't tell us so.

So we have not heard a peep and he has not head a peep....so whats up? Has anybody requested a refund and actually got it back, that is not paypal, but (wire or BTC). This whole thing is spooky. I feel they have got into a finacial jam. starting with cloudhashing cancelling. from there they they made the bold move to to attempt "crowd funding" with an early order opportunity to raise capital. But then Paypal froze the account and placed it into review. So the only real funds they may have raised have had to be in either wires or BTC payments.... but that was inadequate at best for them?...so now here we all are wondering whats next. I dare speculate that maybe they are trying to make it to the 45 day Paypal funds release....and continue with there work? or maybe all is fine and they will soon be announcing a working board and shipping dates  maybe we are all just getting a little paranoid...but with good reasons...I am still trying to give them benefit of the doubt" but the silence treatment" is getting old. Sounds like a load of BS. They were online on this forum as of 20 minutes ago and they still have not given ANY update or fulfilled their promise to provide information to paying customers:

Why are they online and reading all of the complaints on this forum and refraining from giving any response ?!?!?!

Ok, I will no longer have vested interest here soon, so I have no reason to bite my tongue or give Terrahash the benefit of the doubt. Uh, no broken promises? Ok, lets reflect:








And finally... They took the money, according to their words, it could now be classified as a scam. I still think they can pull it off, but you cannot take that much money as payment and then go dark.

Well I have some great news!!!

 

I just got through to Terrahash.

They're voicemail system is now all setup.  It's very professional.

They responded to my ticket and were very apologetic.

Apparently they are diligently soldering each and every board with care. This is taking up an inordinate amount of their time.  

Also, they have no internet at their new office, which is why they have not been able to respond to the forum concerns or support tickets.

And lookie here!  My refund just arrived in cash via courier.

I had these guys all wrong.

A big wave of dispair washes over Scornflakes.

I cancelled my order yesterday.  Paid via wire; was told must be refunded over wire as well.  I offered to take BC.  Tried calling several times today, they're not answering phone.  In fact, their v/m is still not set up.

This whole thing is either a scam, the people that are running things over there don't give a rats ass, or they're utterly incompetent.

I have run multiple businesses over the past decade; I would never dream of treating my clients the way Terrahash treats its PAYING customers.

Ticket input for cancellation 2 minutes ago for order #548.. Enjoy the bump up in the queue (hopefully).  Best of luck to you all. I hope Terrahash comes back and unveils that they have secretly been working on improvements, and that everyone's hash rate is now doubled for no extra cost.
