I agree, its time to cancel. This is looking more and more shady every day.

I don't think people that can't be bothered to offer a tiny bit of communication to their customers are going to end up being very reliable resellers. If you can't trust them to communicate, how can you trust them to build something that will work reliably (and provide support if something goes wrong).

It is incredibly aggravating that they come online on this forum every day (and are undoubtedly reading these comments) and they have decided not to say a single re-assuring word to their customers.

I've tried to be patient, but this behavior is ridiculous!

Same here. If there is no response from terrahash by next week I will also cancel. (Knc accepts paypal also and their new mars project is just within my budget.)

got a link for mars?

I assume he means Mercury:
https://www.kncminer.com/products/mercury

the did have a fpga based unit called mars at one point, i thought they had updated their site with new info about a lower cost miner, that is < $1000

I think TH is stuck in the mud with a major cash crunch. I won' t wait till after my 45 day paypal limit for them to figure things out. I need something to go on this week or Im outta here and on to a new company with a new order. This is ridiculus

Yeah i'm with you. Monday night / Tuesday to hear something or i will cancel as well. No response,no answers and  no communication i wouldn't risk anyone waiting past the 45 days paypal limit.

I'll go with that - some communication by Tuesday, or I'm cancelling.

I've already cancelled. PayPal dispute will be next week if no response. I am of opinion to give them a few days to respond, as a long weekend. However if it was my business I would be working 7 days a week answering queries considering that some large sums are involved..

I've done a lot of contracting in my life and have found that when something starts off bad it usually doesn't get better. I'm also happy to be proven wrong.
How did you go about cancelling? Contact TH by phone or thru the "Contact Support" Tab on their website? ok share what ya can in that regard and how it goes! And yes I have started several small businesses, the first 30 days it was 24/7 live and breath it till it fell in order,,,then take a breather!

Has anybody issued a paypal refund and gotten it already?

I am considering canceling for a refund and buying some btc at these low prices instead.

I have 3 K16's on order 2 that are supposedly in batch #1 (order #528), if I refund for $750, I could get about ~8+ btc right now.
I think someone in thread cancelled with paypal, and went ok,,,if i see it I will post it. But others have complained also? I will give them a chance to put through the cancellation,,,if things dont go quickly,,,i will call paypal etc. I feel TH started out with good intentions, but hit to many snags and are overwelmed. What else could it be? If things were in motion for them they would be happy to tell us,,,so,,,,Like I said, this week coming up is going to have to be it for me. Looking hard at KNcMiner, may would be late in the year to get it,,,but bigger G/Hash, proven systems, for less $ per G/hash...and things are straight with paypal for them..so, we'll see.

Yeah i believe they started off with great intentions HOWEVER you KNOW they are watching these boards since they have been logging in and have posted in the past. ZERO excuses for not saying anything, all its doing is arousing suspicion of a scam and losing orders left and right. Its not that hard to post a msg... They did it before why not now? Way to many questions and no answers starts making everything think its on purpose. TH will have a very hard time moving on after this.

Its looking like KNC might be the way to go?

As much as I would hate to I might be with you guys.  I have a BTC order and a paypal order, if things don't start to look up soon (lack of communication, who is working on boards, where are we with them, etc) I will have to bet my money on another company.

That being said I am really hoping that TH can get it together and come through doing well, but only time will tell I guess.

Yes,  that would definitely help with some validity we've been missing.

I live in Sunnyvale ---very close to your office...Can I make a visit?  We'll talk terrahash mining and your experiences with it,  I'll buy you a coffee or a sandwich.  After the convo I can post replies onto this board of the impression I had visiting your office and hopefully garner you more reinforced "credibility"  I am interested in looking at prototypes if you don't mind - just to acknowledge with everyone else that you have real Proof of concept units and not rendered drawings.  Sorry I'm not trying to come off as overbearing or skeptical, I just want you to know where I stand.T  hink "lab_rat" visit to BFL labs Smiley

Most of us are out right now. We will be available in the office after 3:00pm. You are more than welcome to visit anytime after that. We'll be there till 6:00.

Did anything ever come of this visit?  I do not recall an update being posted.
