My second son was born yesterday so I've been a tad busy.

For now I'll say that I'm deeply disapointed in Terrahash at this point and they have definitely lost the respect I had for them. That being said I still hope they salvage their reputation and company from this mess... somehow.

Let me put aside our disagreement on this TH thread and congratulate you! What a great time, and please stay away from the boards and enjoy. They grow up quickly. That is truly the important stuff, not this silly business that we all do to make some extra cash.

+1 i'm also disappointed at terrahash. if they can't deliver hchc's 1 order I doubt if they can deliver all our orders in "two weeks".

Nope no response from my multiple IMs last couple days. Last they told me they are "assembling" my boards to be ship out end of this week. Dunno what board, might as well be a bunch of cardboard Cheesy

So it's official. TH has FAILED. The clock is actually being generous. My chips has been in their possession for more than 15 days. And I'm willing to compensate for their incompetence by accepting K16 instead of K64 (by buying extra hubs and cables). They claim a lot of things and succeed in none. But what can we do? We are being held hostage at this point. They don't even have the gut to speak up. The only saving grace for them is to overnight my order over the weekend but that is wishful thinking. Have a good weekend guys.

the only positive out of this disaster is bargraph can finally be silent per his own statement.

unfortunately it wont help you hchc, should just sold the chips looking back Sad

It's never too late. Taking pre-Orders is a violation of PP TOS.
Also when you speak to someone on the phone if you say:
"If you look at this merchants account it will be very clear to you that I am not the first one that has had this problem...."

Worked for me waaaaaay past 45 days.
