I can't register.
I have tried 2-3 browsers, notebook, tablet etc.

I have filled everything and clicked "Let's go!"
It doesn't do anything.

Is there a problem with the orders on Allcrypt right now? I'm trying to execute a Sell and nothing is happening. The blue Sell button turns grey as I submit the order with amount and price filled in, but there is no confirmation pop-up or anything else, even after an hour of waiting. I've tried several times. Is this a known issue?

Same here. Tried with 3 different browsers with no luck

edit - seems ok now

Yep. But someone sold to the order I was hoping to fill on PTC. On the bright side, PTC just jumped 30% on Bittrex, so I'm glad it worked out like it did. Smiley

Have you decided what kind of changes will you be implementing and when? The Blog on your site it's not being updated very often...

Are you guys thinking about a new interface? The current one is kind of clumsy in my opinion. And the login doesn't support credentials autofill by default (Chrome). Hope you guys have something in the pipeline to make the site more clear and interactive.
That's a good point. Allcrypt is the one exchange I use, that I have to copy my password out of my password directory and paste when I'm logging in; the rest I have autofilling in Firefox on my home system.

And I see in the ticket where support very clearly told you: " Might take up to a week, considering we have about 900 more pressing issues to fix with the site."

Its not like we didn't warn you.

And you intentionally deleted your 2FA code. What did you think would happen?
So, you say:Any person who looses or any other thing happens to 2fa codes should forget about their accounts?
Or should i just act like a foolish guy and believe you are telling the truth  (almost 3 days now ) will you give my account back after 4 days?

So, let me get this straight.

You'd like us to just reset the most secure protection you have for your coins, quickly, without actually going through a rigorous process to ensure you're who you say you are, in an attempt to protect your account from hacking and theft?

That tells me you're not actually the user in question, because anyone with half a sense of security would WANT us to be completely and utterly exhaustive in MAKING SURE it's you.

If "bittrex did it quick" then shame on them for COMPLETELY IGNORING your account security.

I have no proof whatsoever you are who you say you are, and you calling us out in public for not quickly just removing it because you deleted your 2FA codes just screams to me you're attempting to hack someone's account.

If you "want your coins" you're going to need to provide indisputable proof you're the account owner.

dude  you dont understand me.Your customer guys dont even care to ask for any proof if i am the real owner or not. They just told me to open a new account .After that i send them at least 2or 3 emails telling them if they need any proof .There is no answer.Dont tell me its because you are very busy .All other exchange sites reply within 24hours. even x100 bigger ones from you
And you can guess that bittrex of course ask for a proof before giving my account back.

Um, we've received no emails from users. Where did you email us?

Submit a support ticket on the site - those we can track.
it was 2.5days ago i sent your support an email, telling you i accidentally erased my google authenticator and couldnt enter to my account .I also lost my authorization to bittrex they reset my 2fa very quickly. But do you know what did  your support team suggest me?
The process will take their too much time (1 minute job) to reset 2fa and told me to open a new account which is a very big LOL.
Never heard from you after.I want my coins back .
