San Jose, Costa Rica – July 3, 2018 – The Winning Poker Network (WPN) today confirmed that partner site Poker Host will no longer be part of the network as of July 31st, 2018.

The site, which operates independently from other Winning Poker Network card rooms and is not owned or operated by WPN, is ceasing operations.

“Over the last several years, we’ve enjoyed a great partnership with Poker Host and are sad to see them go,” stated Winning Poker Network CEO Phil Nagy. “We wish the team behind Poker Host nothing but the best of luck in their future endeavors.”

According to communications with players, Poker Host is expediting all withdrawals as soon as they’re requested by players at the poker room. All Bitcoin and Skrill payouts will be free of charge, with the normal fees applied to other payout methods.

Those who wish to continue to play on the Winning Poker Network can create a new account at a number of WPN sites, including flagship Americas Cardroom. The US-facing online poker site offers a Welcome Package for first depositors that includes a 100% bonus up to $1,000 (200% if using a cryptocurrency), 20 days of free cash up to $50, and a seat in all New Depositor Freerolls remaining in the calendar month.

Americas Cardroom is also hosting the high roller BOSS, their Bigger Online Super Series featuring over $3 million in guarantees from July 8th-15th. The site has also put together a solid Summer Tournament Schedule to coincide with the WSOP.

Depending on the method you choose, for example, Bitcoin takes 24-72 hours, normally could take less than that time frame.

Also, it depends on which withdrawal method you choose, for example, Bitcoin cash outs we do not charge any fee on our side.

Once again it depends on the withdrawal method, for example, Bitcoin:

-Minimum payout: $50 USD
-Maximum payout: $10,000 USD
-One payout per day up to 5 per week

The 2nd Live Cage Event of 2018 is Now Underway!

Cards are now in the air here in sunny Costa Rica, as players have taken their seats in this high stakes cash game in time-based tournament format.
Players will play two levels today, and two levels tomorrow (each 3 hours):

Blind Levels Day 1:
Level 1: $10/$20 with $5 antes
Level 2: $25/$50 with $5 antes

Blind Levels Day 2:

Level 3: $40/$80 with $10 antes
Level 4: $50/$100 with $10 antes

All players start with 5,000 chips, each valued at $1. Once the tournament is over, the players who survive the 12 hours of total play can convert their chips to real money!
