Thank you very much for the screenshot. I'm really sorry about this whole situation, I forwarded the information to the IT department. Let me ask you something: By any chance are you using a Table Mod or a HUD? If so, please try to disable it and then open the poker application to see if it works. Sometimes this type of programs could block the application of making some updates.

Also, please provide me the following information:

OS (operation system):

Browser (the one you always use):

Protection Software (which antivirus you have):


I use Windows 10
Antivirus is provided by Windows defender
And I always use Google chrome (not sure why you need this)

I also use no add on of any type. Just the bare minimum software as provided.

ok acr i'm just about at my end of patients with this.

still a persistent issue

upon loading the software i get an error saying "DBGHELP.DLL is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error''

if i unstall the software and re-install from a previous version, the software will run fine, but only one time.

upon closing the software and opening at a later time, it will download an update, and after that point it will crash every time with previously said error

in this image, after i re-install from previous update there is no DBGHELP.DLL file


after i re-install from previous version and launch software there is still an update. but still no dbghelp.dll file.


after closing and re-opening, i get yet another update but this time there is this dbghelp.dll file that was not previously therre.

and sub sequentially will not run.

Is ACR still having massive problems with bots, and are they doing anything to fix those issues?

I heard about the bots problem in cash games haven't seen a proof though but they are saying that there are bots in the cash games and most of these profiles are players from Eastern Europe countries ( you can check their country by double clicking their name )

personally I don't play cash games , only sit n goes and a little MTTs and didn't find anything suspicious

Please do the following steps:

In able to solve this issue please add an exception to the Antivirus and allow inbound/outbound communication in the firewall. I cant give you the exact steps for each Antivirus because there are a lot of them so, please search on google the steps of how to do that. After that, let me know how that went.

i looked into my firewall setting to let you all have unrestricted access and i see no program or process associated with acr or wpn in the files.

speaking of SNG2.0 , we just hit the mini jackpot finally and managed to finish 3rd  Smiley
took a bad beat at the start so 3rd is amazing for me , hopefully next time I will get the 3 gold cards and get the full jackpot
not a bad a ROI  Cheesy

basically if someone drew a gold card and all the other players drew green cards the action come back to the person who drew a gold card and he has to draw another card , if he drew a green card then it's a mini jackpot
so our game was around 2% of the total jackpot , of course more gold cards means bigger % of the JP and higher stakes also hit bigger share


Shortly after my last comment I hit 6 green cards, sadly I wasn't present for that suspense. Lol

currently playing now, after uninstalling and installing a January version. once i do that the newest update has no issues.
