I've been tired of waiting so bought one from eBay for 150 bux.
Yes overpriced but at least I'll get it soon. I didn't get it with the idea it will make me rich (though by paying in USD I may make ROI in USD once BTC rises and yes I could have made more by just buying BTC but that seems boring to me). I want to experience Bitcoin mining instead of just being some investor type.

a) i had 0 stock when fc announced me as reseller
b) i ordered asap, and first 1000 units are already sent out, as i wrote here
c) fc was out of stock, i had to wait over 7 days.. you can all read that in the first 2 posts
d) more miners arrived here today

All other resellers from other part of globe were able to ship their units.
For example I know one dude who decided to stick with Canadian reseller and received his units prior to all other people which decided to do it right way as Friedcat asked.
Yeah I can easily imagine that it's way easier to ship something from Canada to Europe than from Germany to Europe.
Even when I was taking part in GB for those USB sticks it was way smoother, quicker and way better organised. Those GB guys were amateurs not mentioned by Friedcat as official resellers and somehow they were able to do it in less than 3 weeks
All other resellers from other part of globe were able to ship their units.

I'm not yxt's lawyer, but perhaps there are re-sellers with more available money for blind orders than yxt. For instance, one USA re-seller ordered some thousands of USB Block Erupters even before starting a group-buy. How come yxt can not speed up things and sort them out properly?

It's my believe that yxt had to wait for the request / payment of the first USB Block Erupters @ new lower price from several group-buy European organizers, before making the first order to Friedcat.
