73 BTC........you really kept that many BTC in an exchange Huh

You've been around since 2011 & didn't see a pattern of failure with Gox Huh

I think this amount is worth a lawsuit, i would do it.
Definitely worth a lawsuit. I mean why wouldn't you do it. Assuming you have money to file for a lawsuit and hire a lawyer. If not I bet there will be some collective lawsuits on the way that you can join.

Because you can't squeeze blood out of a turnip?  Perhaps it would just be a waste of time, money, and energy.

I never used gox I feel for you guys. It could happen to al of us.

I hope the people who are not affected by this will make a hard comeback at these thieves. I only see violence as a option right now because the authorities will not help

If I had money for a lawsuit of course I would start one against them once I knew for certain (had evidence) that they have no intention of returning my coins.

I however do not have that kind of money but as soon as any solid evidence surfaces I will join a collective one.

3.29, I realise it isn't as much as some others, but to the people who are coming on here and saying 0 to stroke their egos, go and find a bridge.

I think I still had about .004+ in there.

It was too small to move out, or bother with.

When the price is $100,000/BTC I will shed a tear in my caviar on my yacht about the coins that got away.
