Hello, I am experiencing a massive delay with bitcoin deposit.. Dozen of confirmations and still balance does not show up.. Is this normal? My transaction was under 0.5 btc...

Does spectrocoin ask for I.d if you need to see your vcc details again, I contacted support the other day and that is what they told me but I though it was anonymous so nothing of that nature is required if you can inform me on this please do.

There is only an issuance fee, no activation fee.

I have some funds in my virtual card, which is verified. I want to get a physical card now. Is it possible to "upgrade" my virtual card to a physical card so that I don't have to reverify the card and pay fees to transfer my funds out of the virtual card and into the new card (this will happen if I buy a physical card and manually set everything up again)
Sorry, but upgrade feature is not available at the moment.

Damn. Is it possible to have multiple cards under the same ID/verification?

Also, is it possible to contact support directly and get them to upgrade manually? (Or can you guys cover the fees of manually transferring my money into another card Smiley)

The bank but not necessarily your account. There may be some delay in your bank.

1. It is possible to have one virtual and one plastic card under the same e-mail address.

monthly service charges of $1, it should be free. and put $1 fee for inactivity.

We are planning to reduce it, however it is impossible to get rid of it fully.
