i discovered about spectrocoin yesterday and till now seems to be very good service.
TOP Up works very well and i charged my phone with btcs very fast.The only problem with this service is when u try to charge page says time out..and moneys come after 5 mins in ur phone..so if u think that was problem and try again u will charge 2-3 times phone.
Also i used bank transfer and im waiting to see how this works.Hope it makes me happy.
In the end want to ask if SEPA withdrawal option with low fee for european countries works only for countries wich are part of european union or it works in all european ones?

SEPA withdrawal is only working for EEA countries, unfortunately.

How long should I wait to receive an answer for my support ticket ? I have been waiting for more than 10 hours ! Ticket no. : 77149. It is about a deposit that does not show up in the balance even after the tx get dozens of confirmations !
Hi,It has been responded this morning. I hope everything is fine.
the deposit was added to my balance finally after more than 12 hours. I still do not understand why did this long delay happen although your site said the transactions need only ONE confirmation. thanks for your help and I hope this delay won't happen again

In Spectrocoin account, under wallet for deposit options I do see "Add Private Key". I just want to know how it works.
If it works same as blockchain.info bitcoin address (like we have access to private key), then it might be a very advantageous feature. Because it would definitely save transactions fees as well as the time delay usually we face with waiting for transaction confirmations.

No, it is a bit different, as it is an option to paste your private key and initiate transaction to your SpectroCoin wallet, so all funds from you address would be transferred to your SpectroCoin wallet it is more a solution for people who just want to "import" their private keys to SpectroCoin without using any other software.

other countries like tunisia have shipping and customs checks so like you cant bring certain products in to the country because it could affect the wildlife and environment
I doubt cards can affect environment, but here the issue is more about issuing bank, not the country itself

What do you mean? You can top-up the card via many methods, like bank transfer, cash, but all goes through SpectroCoin.

I never used this exchange service but it's becoming more important each new day here on forums, at least the advertise. It's a nice possibility to have an exchange, wallet and debit card together, a very completed service package. I would like to know more about it and maybe use it soon.

When she send a support ticket they answer here with negative she can't get a virtual visa she didn't ask for plastic she only need virtual that's all
