They are both good in storing our bitcoin funds, its depends on how are you using your funds. If you are using your bitcoin wallet often times to use in transaction its good if you use online wallet like blockchain wallet. If you are going to store your funds and not planning to spend it for a long time then offline wallet best works.

Of course offline, cold or hard wallets. In this case you can be sure your money safe even after 10 years. I dont trust online when everybody can still everything you have one day

Online wallets are risky, I always avoid using them if possible. I can't sleep at night if my coins are not stored offline. :|

I uses two online wallets which are electrom and blockchain.info - My next wallet will be the offline wallet called Ledger wallet.

Even tho offline and hardware wallets are safer , i think most of the public will use online wallets.

Online wallets aren't as safe as you think. You are not the owner of private keys if you use an online wallet. You won't be able to claim unsupported Bitcoin hard forks and the website you are using might get hacked some day. Offline wallets are the safest method for now. There are plenty to choose from. Software, hardware and even paper wallets which are much more safe than any web wallet such as Blockchain.info and Coinbase.

Only exchange or trading cryptocurrency every day make you have to use online wallet (exchange wallet) to store your crypto.
Other cases, I think nothing is neccessary to use a wallet from third services.
Bitcoin is freedom currency, so, please do not make it be a centralized currency and put your coin to others help you control.

Try using online wallets with offline wallet authentication, I think it's more convenient and safe, because now many online wallets are not as secure as offline.

Of you use offline wallet you are secured in some hackers but if you use online wallet maybe it will be hacked if your wallet is no trusted or secured but it is more advantage by using online wallets you can withdraw your money just need an internet.

Online wallet is a bitcoin account with some service that holds bitcoins for you. They are the one holding the keys. Offline wallet is you got the private key, you own your coins, you are the one to manage it. If you don't want hussle, you can choose online wallet.

This really depends on your use. If you have a lot of coins and don't usually transact a lot then an offline wallet would be great but if you constantly transact with he coins in things such as gambling then an online wallet would be best.

Yeah offline wallet is better for huge amount of bitcoins just what above me said its for safety purposes. I hope there will be online wallet in our country that let us hold our own private key because the one I am using right now don't give us the right to have a private key but they call their platform a wallet.(got no choice that's why I'm using it) Grin

Well yes, offline wallet is for the safety or security purposes because as of now, a lot of hackers are around and want to own other's coin. But the thing about offline wallet is that, the value will just stay; it will not increase anymore.
