as per above thread OG was called out for deleting posts from his self modded thread, a bet was made where he needed to provide a time stamped photo that the coins were all intact.
he did not come through with the valid proof and has taken the escrow funds and given half to his "fans" (if you arent aware this is some front to avoid US regulation)
please be aware of his biased opinions - I would not trust this man with 0.1BTC, never mind the forum funds that he currently holds.
1) he should of returned the funds and not accepted being the escrow.
2) he should of allowed a 3rd party to mediate the discussion
I look forward to other peoples opinions as I may be incorrect.
please also note I have offered to pass the full .4BTC to wikileaks so that OG doesn't "lose face" but that was declined as was letting the collectibles community decide.
I was left with no choice than to open this thread.

as i was there throughout the whole thread and an active commenter I will add my concerns here about the bolded topics that never did get answered, only insults.
1) Blazed was the first Escrow Agent listed, since he was not around TMAN decided to use Zepher who backed out of acting as escrow due to not wanting to deal with the drama. Nowhere did I see OgNasty offer to self escrow for this bet. This however was said

Yes, please. Self-escrow is a very serious offense here. Can we please get the funds to an independent and trusted escrow agent? Is there one left other than me?

2) Had TMAN waited for a trusted escrow to act as mediator in the discussion and bet, proper terms would have been agreed upon by both parties. Instead he decided to send 0.2BTC (this amount was also never agreed on) to the address that OgNasty had listed for the Escrow Agent to send funds to if he did indeed win this bet.
Looking at OGNasty's escrow thread here ( https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/legendary-bitcoin-escrow-service-more-than-19k-btc-transferred-alts-too-303281 ) it is clear that TMAN should have sent 0.202 to the address if he were serious about using OgNasty as an escrow.
I now ask for the comment wherein OgNasty agrees to self-escrow for no fee in the thread listed in OP of this accusation.
